I absolutely love coming to this location for my massage and have been doing so for about eight years. Every time I come in I am greeted and treated well. My therapist is Silas and I can’t rave enough about him. Been seeing him for the whole eight or so years and he’s like family at this point. The bathrooms are always clean and the floors always swept. The staff at the front are friendly and my most recent interaction with Angie was a pleasure. She has a great personality and just knows what I need before I can even ask for it. She’s awesome! Definitely recommend.

I love getting massages there, unfortunately their customer service is very poor. I've asked for a phone call 4 times and the manager just now contacted me and had no apologies for not contacting me and was very rude. She also had no desire to keep me as a customer. If you are looking for the whole experience I would go elsewhere.

I really like hand and stone, I have had a membership for a few years and it’s really clean and nice inside both the lobby area and the treatment rooms. Tracy is fantastic! She really listens to my preferences, she’s friendly and welcomes me back every time I’m in. I count down the days until my monthly massage with Tracy because I know I will walk out feeling like a whole new person! She focuses on areas of tension and I feel like really knows me as her client. Hand and stone is an easy treat to give myself once a month!
