The therapists were wonderful. The management, however, was disappointing. I worked directly though the manager in January to book a couples massage for an early Valentine's gift. In order to accommodate, I was told the only date and time I would have to book, which I agreed to. When we arrived, we were still under the impression that we were scheduled for a couples massage. It wasn't until we were taken back to the treatment rooms that we realized this wasn't the service provided. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. I will be canceling my membership due to this experience. Not handled professionally; actually not handled at all.

The front desk young lady was so pleasant and made you feel comfortable. I had my massage with Ethelyn and she was amazing, she makes sure you have the right amount of pressure and today I just wanted to relax-I did I had also scheduled a facial with Miranda who was wonderful. We discussed my skin and what options that I would benefit from. I left relaxed and hydrated

I’ve been a member and have been coming to H&S for years now, and Shea has literally changed my skin for the better - every month she gives me amazing facials and my skin is so happy because of it. Today, I also added on a 80 minute massage with Ethelyn and I was absolutely blown away - it was the best massage I have ever had. Her quiet and mild mannered tone / personality is so relaxing and empathetic and I just knew from minute one she was going to take amazing care of me, and she did - from start to finish she worked everything so meticulously. I cannot wait to come see her again. You can tell she’s been doing this a very long time and truly loved what she does. Thank you!

Ethelyn was amazing! She has a background in physical therapy and gave some really good advice on how to fix my pain points. She did a magnificent job getting out some deep knots! I would recommend going to her as a massage therapist! I had a very relaxing experience and will be returning. The best part of my experience was being able to book a last minute appointment!

Thank you Hand and Stone for the fantastic experience. My massage Therapist Shatwa was amazing and really loosened up my back and neck. My massage was so good that I plan on being a regular patient to get everything where it needs to be, loose and relaxed. :)

If you have tension, this place is a must! I would recommend a 90 minute with CBD oil! I took a chance being new to the area and was not disappointed. The receptionist and therapist were very attentive to my needs and checked in with me afterward to make sure everything went okay. Arrive a little early to fill out some paperwork if you are new. They also have some solid selections for aromatherapy!

I do not recommend signing up with a membership at this spa. They have charged more and more fees over the years and have placed limits on transferring packages from one member to the other. I called and cancelled my membership because of this. Unfortunately, you can’t cancel with a front desk person. A manager apparently has to call you and speak with you. From the time I requested to cancel till when the manager called was over 1 week. I was unavailable to answer when she called but after multiple return calls to this particular location, I’m convinced she is never available. If it takes over 1 week and multiple calls to try to cancel a membership without resolution, I question the leadership capacity of management. Poor customer service to say the least. Don’t give this place your business.

Scheduled a 2 hr appt, called 2 days before to confirm I would be able to be seen given some changes in my profile, I was assured that I would be able to have my 2hr massage by just giving a note to the front office, then was called a day before my appointment to say that I couldn’t be seen by that person due to the same changes in my profile I had called about and they cancelled my appointment. Extremely frustrating.
