Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Very happy with my new therapist, Megan. Very understanding to the needs of the customer and she has amazing hands! My only regret is that I wish I was recommended to her sooner since I have been coming to this spa for over 2 years now especially needing someone that provides deep tissue massage. I was going to cancel my membership until I recently found the right therapist to help me. Thank you!!

The message was good, the young lady at the front desk was amazing. However the manager is a joke don't buy no gift cards from them. You cannot sign up for their membership then change your mind 2 hours later they still want to charge you for the full membership fee. However if you can so your membership but don't give them the 30-day notice they still going to charge you which is a joke. Don't waste your time at this place go to massage envy they are not trying to gouge their clients

Hayley is the best Massage Therapist I’ve ever had. I’ve been a customer of H. A. S. for several years. About a year ago, I was considering canceling my subscription until I tried Hayley as a therapist. I do not miss a visit now. I leave each session beyond relaxed and calm. I highly recommend her!

I have loved my membership with Hand&Stone! It has been so wonderful for my mental and physical health!!!! I absolutely LOVE Tracy’s massages. She is the absolute best. All the ladies at the front desk are kind, friendly, and welcoming!

The place it’s self is nice but I got there at 9:11 because it was a lot of snow the night before and I had to brush off Snow off my car and you know get there (40 minute drive)… 10 minutes to do some paperwork .. when they could just ask you the type of massage you want and be done with it but that took a little bit more time so I finally got in the back at 9:30 and then the woman told me that I was only gonna be able to get a 20 minute massage even though Paid for, Hour and that was disappointed because I am really stressed out literally crying .. The massage was a waste of time because she didn’t really do anything. What is 20 minutes massage?! And then she stopped at 9:51 had me sit in the hallway for five minutes for a one hour facial.. The facial itself, I could’ve gotten the 20 minutes for because it’s just essentially a face wash and got a full massage. I don’t appreciate that they made that decision for me and that they didn’t accommodate me based off the time and the stress level that I filled out on their chart. Then to upsell during the Ridiculous facial like why would I pay $200 for to get my face washed? $60 for red light $60 something else ? I’m like ma’am, if you really knew, I don’t want this facial. I wanted an hour massage please just do the classic and get me out of here. I really truly felt like it was a waste of time and then they had a nerve to ask for a tip. I appreciate they weren’t as pushy as most places, but I just gave them $20 and left .. I would not personally visit again because I feel like it was a waste of my time and I passed a lot of other spots that are way more relaxing the place felt More like a waxing quick place than a spa massage place.

I had the best “spa day” Friday with a facial and full body massage. I’m very impressed with both therapists but the massage was just amazing. It was my first time with “T” and she hit all the right spots. Definitely left with a goofy smile and just felt happy, very de-stressed and relaxed. Ask for “T” she is the best!

Corey I love you! Lol he does a great job! He gave me just the realignment I needed.🤙🏾🏆✨️This spa has a very peaceful and beautiful ambience. Also, the entire staff are very kind, charming, professional & beautiful people. Can't wait to go back!

I've enjoyed 3 out of my 4 visits. Tracy was the last therapist I've seen and all she did was pressed her elbows on my back for long periods of time. And quickly rubbed way too much oil on me. This was more of a rough back rub than it was a massage. Front desk are always polite and informative. I may consider going back to see Deisy. Updating my rating. Spoke to the manager and boy was she a bit aggressive when I tried to cancel the membership after a freeze. Memberships shouldn't be difficult to cancel when it's done through email. I shouldn't have to wait 2 days to do so. The person who I spoke on the phone with, should have been professional and respected my decision. Needs to take customer service classes. I spoke to this person with respect.
