Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I recently had a massage by David and it was nothing less than superb. His technique, gentle voice, attentiveness, and commitment to customer care was simply outstanding. Before the message, I was asked: 1) what level of intensity I prefer; 2) if I wanted some casual conversation or a quiet session (virtually no talking); 3) if there were any other notable needs. I was also shown where a call button was on my massage table, in case I needed to alert the staff of any issues – glad to report that I've never felt uncomfortable during a massage session at this spa. The entire spa (restrooms, too) is clean, tidy, and thoughtfully appointed. Everyone I encountered was kind and welcoming. I love coming to this spa whenever I'm in town visiting. True professionals with comfort and care as their top priorities!

Just had my second massage with Tristan at Hand and Stone in Geneva, and WOW—he’s on another level! From the moment the session started, his professionalism, respect, and calming energy set the tone for one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He doesn’t just go through the motions—he feels what your body needs and delivers it with skill, precision, and care. Every minute was magic. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and completely renewed—like stress and tension just melted away. Tristan is truly a master of his craft. If you’re looking for someone incredibly talented, kind, respectful, and totally in tune with your body—this is your guy. Five stars isn’t enough—TEN STARS! Amazing, amazing, amazing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I see Amber monthly for facials and my skin has never looked better! Amber is truly amazing at her job, with an incredible depth of knowledge about skincare. She always knows exactly which products to recommend to keep my skin looking young and vibrant, and the best part is, these products are all available right at the spa. Beyond her expertise, Amber has such a friendly personality that I genuinely look forward to our appointments every month! Her warmth and professionalism make each visit such an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Amber to anyone seeking top-notch skincare and a wonderful spa experience!

I’ve had two massages with Morgan here so far and will definitely be back! The whole atmosphere is relaxing and feels very consent-driven. They have buttons beneath the massage tables to alert the front desk in case anything goes wrong for you or the massage therapist. (I have never personally gotten close to wanting/needing to use the button when here. Regardless, I truly appreciate its inclusion.)

Clean, great ambience,, pricing is reasonable, great service, and great staff, accommodating , and friendly. Had a massage done by David. He was excellent and knew where my very sore and tense areas were. Will definitely utilize him again. Thank you so much!!!

David is really great! He listened to my preferences for my massage and NAILED IT!! He also did a remarkable job of making me feel comfortable while I had a random nose bleed on his table (it's my own stupid face's fault that it happened and don't worry not a drop made it past the tissue) he's a true professional and I'll be back to see him again for sure!

I’m adding to my original review to discuss two awesome members of the Hand and Stone team! Elle, a very talented massage therapist, delivered a relaxing and therapeutic massage. Her attention to detail was very noticeable, and she knew exactly which areas to focus on just by feel. She had the perfect balance of medium to deep pressure. I left feeling great relief and relaxed! Definitely book a massage with Elle! I also had a fantastic facial with Cece! She asked detailed questions about my skin, skin care routine, and took the time to pick products throughout the service that would help my incredibly sensitive and red skin. She’s very thorough with a calculated and gentle touch. She continually checked in with me throughout the service to make sure my skin felt comfortable. After my Diamond facial, my skin texture feels FLAWLESS, redness is lessened, and I’m glowy! She’s a very talented esthetician! If you want a relaxing facial that leaves you feeling like your best glowing self, book with Cece! Hand and Stone Geneva is absolutely wonderful! After several wonderful massages in a row, I now won’t go anywhere else. The staff is so sweet and helpful. This is the first time in a long time I’ve found a massage therapist who really can find the root of the issue and provide real relief. I always walk out feeling rejuvenated. 15/10 recommend!
