Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Went for my first massage at hand and stone…I chose anyone available and Jose was the one His massage was awesome! Understood my problem spots and listened to me!! Wonderful experience and will definitely be back to see him. Highly recommend him!!!

I've been going to Hand and Stone for over a year now on a monthly and sometimes more basis. I highly recommend Michelle K for massages and Ciara for facials. I have gone to many different places for these services on vacations, out of town etc and I always say both of the ladies are the best at what they do! It is also a very cleanly and relaxing atmosphere. Front desk employees are helpful and welcoming!

I’ve had a few massages at Hand & Stone with Josiah, and every experience has been fantastic! Josiah’s skill and attention to detail make each session so relaxing and comfortable. The environment is clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the staff here are friendly without being pushy, which I truly appreciate. I feel at ease from the moment I walk in, and the entire atmosphere is designed to help you unwind. If you’re looking for a stress-free, high-quality massage experience, I highly recommend Hand & Stone and Josiah!

Had my first massage in over 12 years and Christina was fabulous! I left feeling refreshed and relaxed .. a little to relaxed 😌 🤣 I will definitely be back and im thinking monthly!

100% not for me, nor my fiancé. It’s been nothing but issues with Hand & Stone. 1st issue was my fiancé requesting a male masseuse, received a female despite indicating it in the booking. Next masseuse didn’t apply the pressure indicated in the booking. Direct quote, “I just paid $90 to have a man rub me down with oil. Uncomfortable and weird.” Despite requesting the harder pressure before and during the appointment, it was still a very light touch. 3rd issue was my esthetician pressing an extraction so hard that it turned cystic. 4th issue was my next esthetician telling me this during the service, “The regular facial doesn’t really do much. You’ll need to do an add on to see a real improvement.” So.. I’m paying $90 for nothing or is this just a tactic to upcharge guests? The final blow came when I tried to cancel my membership before the end of the month. They apologized and said the esthetician was wrong. So should I listen to middle management or the licensed esthetician? No effort was made to resolve the issue. Then I was told that a manager needed to call me back to actually cancel. The manager didn’t call back until 2 days later. And when she did, this was her response: Not only would I be charged for the following month, but also for ANOTHER month. Seriously, buyer beware. This franchise is simply looking to make money off of guests’ ignorance. Locations that we experienced this at: Naperville and Shorewood.

Very welcoming staff! Hand and Stone is decorated nicely and very clean. My esthetician, Carlotta was great! She explained the procedure well and answered all my questions. I drove an hour to get Neveskin facial , well worth the drive!

The 5 stars is specifically for massage therapist Theresa. I have been to uncountable therapist and she is hands down top 3! Very professional, attentive, and always leaves me feeling extremely relaxed. Highly recommend!

Evelyn is an amazing massage therapist! Her hands are incredibly skilled, and she has a wonderful way of relieving tension and promoting relaxation. I always leave her sessions feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She's also very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Evelyn for anyone seeking a top-notch massage.
