Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This is a great location, everything was so relaxing and clean. From the moment I arrived the receptionist were attentive and helpful. The customer service was outstanding. I had a really great experience with Isabelle she was knowledgeable and hospitable. My bed was warm and cozy, she gave me a little pillow for my knees. I highly recommend this location they truly go the extra mile to make sure the client has a great experience.

I am not someone that complaints, yet I do not recommend this location at all. This was my first time going there. If I could, I would not even waste one star on this place. My husband booked a hot stone massage and hand and feet treatment for me. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, filled out a few questions on an iPad and then got called to the back by the massage therapist Alyssa. She pointed out that she’s on a time crunch and could only do one of two treatments and that she won’t be able to do a full hot stone massage, only a partial one. She rushed through the massage which I did not enjoy at all. Alyssa was rude and very unprofessional. During my hand treatment she put hand scrub to the top of my hand and and scrubbed it in, leaving the rest of my hand and fingers untreated. Instead of relaxed, I left that place stressed, I felt uncomfortable during the massage and the whole thing only lasted 35 to 40 minutes. Talked to one of the ladies at the front desk about it, I think Patricia was her name, she was very nice and understanding and discounted me $25. She wanted me to book another massage with a different therapist, but I declined. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. No, I don’t want to call or email Hand and Stone and figure out how they can make things better and improve. They work in customer service, I think they should know how to treat people, especially new clientele.

Had a facial and dermabrasion treatment done and my skin has never felt so hydrated and fresh! Staff were beyond amazing at making sure I was comfortable and very professional. I admitted that I was terrible at taking care of my skin and the staff never once judged me. They were very helpful and going over the basics and helped me put together a skin regimen. 10/10 would recommend hand and stone to everyone I meet!

I’ve been a customer for a few years and I even had a membership at one point. I’ve been satisfied up until my recent visit. Prior to my appointment was set I explained the particular massage I wanted since I was getting a new person from the regular therapist I normally have. Well when I arrived I asked if I was getting a deep tissue and I ask twice. Well, the lady was nice but she gave me a soft rub down not even a massage technique. I wasn’t gonna keep repeating plus I’m a male and didn’t wanna come across too aggressive or anything negative. I voiced my feelings to receptionists and asked to talk to management. I’ve never complained before so this isn’t a regular occurrence. Over a week later and no management has reached out and I filled out two surveys. I’m even more upset with how this matter was handled because nothing has been resolved. Their happy because they have my money but customer satisfaction is least of their concerns

The ladies at the front desk are always so nice. Jen is an amazing massage therapist! Wide range of services, love the hot stone. Overall clean - but floors and under the massage tables could be a little cleaner. I like that they contact me several different ways so I don’t forget my appointment.

I sent my wife here for a massage as she has lower back pain, we made a note of this request. The therapist was distracted and never got to the lower back. Tried a second time at managements request and again, lower back was ignored, time spent on areas not requested or problematic instead. Not a good fit for us.

Love this place, Crystal is the best! Although it is slightly hard to get her every month, which can be frustrating but that’s because she’s just that good! It’s always clean, and the front desk staff is super friendly. Worth the cost. Would like to see more membership options other than just one.

The hot stone massage and cold stone facial from Alyssa were incredible. I would highly recommend coming here, and I can’t wait for my next massage.
