I originally left a bad review because I had an awkward experience with the billing/admin, but after actually having come for the massage it was really nice. The bad: I had a gift card, but when I called to schedule it they asked for a credit card number and spent half the call trying to sell me more things and talking about fees and charges. Then my appointment was rescheduled last minute and the negative reviews I'd read were mostly about getting charges on their credit card so I was worried I was being scammed. Also they email you a consent form but want you to create an account and password, etc. Just a lot of unpleasant corporate feeling stuff leading up to the appointment. The good: the person running the front desk was very pleasant and happy (even though she probably knew I complained). The therapist I had my massage with was Jamica, and she is very talented. She has a very kind and warm welcoming presence, the sequence was great, she used firm but comfortable pressure, and I feel like some therapists have a natural intuition about pressure and areas that each client needs, and she definitely has it. I used to work in Massage Therapy and it was really nice to receive a very high quality massage from a very talented therapist. Thanks!

Had the best facial I have ever had, and this 60 year old face has had its share! Maya was absolutely hands-down awesome. By the time she gave me the mirror to look at the finished product, I not only felt great, but looked so much better than when I walked in. JUST BOOK HER ALREADY.

Don’t get a membership here. Their policy is shady and they won’t cancel when you want to. I have called every two days for the past week. Every time I am told a manager will call me back to cancel my subscription within 24-48 hours and I have yet to receive a call after a week. Highly disappointed with their customer service and the way they handle their membership. Edit to add since they responded: I have called the spa roughly 4-6 times since they opened at 8:30am to speak with a manager. Every time i was told management was busy. I have emailed twice now and no response. Don’t tell people to reach out for help if you’re not even going to answer. Absolutely disappointing Final edit: I have updated my review to reflect that my issue was finally handled. I was informed that this location is under new management and they apologized for the issues I had faced with my cancellation and helped correct them. Hopefully under the new management they are more responsive. I have updated my review from 1 to 3 stars. Take caution when signing a membership, but based on the service I received today I do think there is hope with the new management.

Massages were good but they make it impossible to cancel. I’ve tried in person. I’ve tried via text. I’ve tried to call. But conveniently the manager is never in and still hasn’t gotten back to me. I’ve been charged almost $300 at this point with zero massages. Wondering if I have to take this up with my credit card company or a lawyer. Update: 2 weeks have passed. Still no one calling me or responding to messages despite leaving multiple voice mails and being promised I was a 'priority' call and they charged me for another month! That's $400 wasted.

Unethical Billing Practices – Still Being Charged After Cancellation! I canceled my membership with Hand & Stone on September 6, 2022, yet I have been continuously charged since then. I received no invoices, emails, or notifications about these charges—my last invoice was from my cancellation date. I have called customer service multiple times, yet no one has resolved the issue or even given me a callback. They keep saying manager will be calling back on the cancellation. Still no response! This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to continue charging customers after cancellation. I expected better from Hand & Stone, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I strongly urge others to double-check their statements and be cautious before signing up. I am now forced to escalate this issue further. Refund my money immediately!
