Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I made an appointment through app which stated one price. Then I received a text stating it would be a higher price. The girl explained that the app can be confusing. There was no consideration of this. I wanted to reschedule because I wasn't prepared to pay the price that I saw on app. If you know the app is confusing why not accommodate and give me the pricing I saw. Instead they charged me a cancellation fee. Mind you I have been a faithful customer, had membership in past and no accommodation at all. I will never go back!!

This was my first time ever getting a professional message and it was amazing. The spa was very clean and relaxing upon entering. The staff was fantastic and helped me with all the questions I had with it being my first time. They were right on time with my appointment. The room was clean and the sheets are so warm which I absolutely loved. I had a truly wonderful experience and will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Hand and Stone Massage and had an incredible experience! The atmosphere was calming, and the staff was welcoming and professional. My therapist tailored the massage to my needs, relieving tension and helping me feel rejuvenated. The amenities, including the quiet rooms and soothing music, added to the overall experience. I left feeling completely relaxed and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind!

**update: the manager reached out to me same day to personally apologize. That she reviewed footage and this is not the norm for their location. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt better about the situation and assured me that it would be used as a training opportunity. I really didn’t expect the receive this kind of reply from the business and will be trying them again in the near future. Updating from 3 stars to 4 stars. Really disappointed with my experience here. It came highly recommended to me. My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas for a massage and facial. I booked an intro massage for $89.95. At the end when I went to pay they took the whole value of my gift card and said gift cards can’t be purchased for intro services. When my husband bought it he was told it would be enough for both services at intro pricing. After I pushed back they adjusted the price. I arrived at 845 for a 9am massage. I was taken back at 910 and my service began between 915/920. The technician left the room and I was dressed and out of the room by 10am. It’s supposed to be a 50 minute service and mine was 35/40 minutes at the most. Super disappointing when I was looking forward to this and having time to myself as a newer mom. I’m hoping it’s a one off experience. The front desk was very kind in helping me resolve it but if I didn’t have a gift card remaining I wouldn’t go back.

I’ve had the Hand and Stone monthly membership at the 75th street location for quite some time, but I never used to prioritize taking care of myself. Since I’ve started coming in regularly monthly, I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in how I feel, how I sleep, I have reduced stress and anxiety, and I can’t speak highly enough of Shawnette and the team over at Hand and Stone. It’s always a pleasant and relaxing experience whenever I come in, and I HIGHLY recommend them if you’re thinking about getting a massage, facial, or any of the amazing services they offer!

I've been coming to Hand and Stone on 75th for about 5 months. I love this place. From the second I walk in I feel very comfortable. Shaunette is my massage therapist and I love her. She has helped my neck and back issues tremendously. Strongly recommend this facility.

Totally disappointed in the rewards program for membership! I came in last month all excited to redeem points on a free massage only to be told, sorry we changed the system and you no longer have enough points! I love my massage therapist, but I’m ready to leave and I’ve been a member for over 3 years! Each year the massages go up $10. I’ve never redeemed points and also feel like I should have more points too! There are a ton of options to choose from, so I guess it’s time for me to search for a new location for massages!

Wow… I came over today for 1 hr massage and left after 1 hr of whole body massage and Diamond glow facial… completely reborn 🙌🏻Girls at the Front Desk were super cute but Jasmin Mao was AMAZINGLY helpful!!! She knew exactly on which questions I might stall or have problems with and was right there to help me fill up personal information as quickly as possible because she totally understood that I just wanted to go inside. Staci was my masseuse and I was floored with her !!! She was PERFECTLY strong and worked on my neck as I needed extra TLC there. She adjusted bed temper as I was getting cold and I just wanted to take her home with me… Mirabel did my facial and gave me such great treatment. My face is glowing. I also suffer from migraines and I gotta say that all of this was sooo helpful 🙏🏻 Jasmin talks me into getting a membership and have me a good promo deal. I am actually feeling not even guilty about signing this up ! I am looking forward to my next appointment. Very good staff. Great customer service
