Would give 0 stars if possible. We won a free massage at a community event. I tried to book an appointment but staff refused to book it unless I give them a credit card to keep on file. This was a prize that we won in the form of a voucher/Gift Card but they refuse to book anything and told us to walk in and hope there is an opening or use it to buy products instead of getting what we won. Very miss leading none of this was disclosed at the event. Update to my review: I reached out to them again per their request. They stated they wanted to speak with me so they can turn my experience around. I contacted them in 2/14 it is now 2/22 and no response or reply. They reply with these false responses in hopes that others reading the reviews will think they are trying to actually work with customers and fix the issues. Be aware of this company. They clearly don't care about their customers only money and saving face by lying and acting like they care

Beware. My wife has gone here a few times and massages have been wonderful, but service has not. She had A membership here and spent months trying to cancel and having them continue to charge and then saying someone forgot to put in the cancel request at the office and still made us pay. We finally got it canceled after emailing them and getting it in writing. After several months decided to come back for an appointment. My wife called at 9 am, and they said they had a same day appointment. After making the appointment she realized she had another appointment she had to go to and called at 9:30 am and canceled. They charged us $59 dollars for not canceling 24 hours in advance. If they schedule you an appointment that's not even 24 hours out how can you cancel in advance? This is very bad business practices and I am not even sure if it's legal. So in conclusion the massage people are great but the business and staff are not great.

I’ve been dealing with sciatic pain for over a week now and decided I needed to get a massage. I hadn’t been sleeping very well just tossing and turning all night from the pain. I had Katie as my massage therapist and she was aware of my sciatica. 60 minutes later and I had already felt better, I slept through the night with no pain. It was incredible and I will 100% will be going back.

I do not recommend. Recieved as a gift from my daughter who said she loved this place. My girlfriend and I both Recieved the same hour massage. My massus seamed to be rushed and I didn't know why until my massage was done. She had another appointment following mine and needed time to prep room for next person. My girlfriend on the other hand started her massage same time as I and finished 25 minutes after me. I would guess my massage was 45 to 50 minutes. I still left a nice tip not knowing who's at fault but will not return. I would assume that an hour means an hour when that is what they are selling.

I want to say the massages are above and beyond and have been going for several years now. I have to say I think my pleasure going there is almost as much the staff as it is the massage and facials..... they are a bouquet of YUMMY AND SMILES

I really like this Brand/Franchise. I had a lot of experience with them in the past in Florida. So, I was happy to see one here in Meridian. I thought I would mix it up and do a facial instead of a massage. It was time to get back on track with my skin care. I had Mylee as an esthetician, and she was amazing. Great work, very knowledgeable but still asked questions, and great conversation along the way. It was epic. I was going to join for the massages at the very least because it is time to start doing some things for myself again, but now I'll be booking with Mylee every month as well. She is incredible!

i don’t review often but i feel as if this is needed. i booked a one hour massage and it ended up only being 50 minutes. after reading through the website i found in little text “this includes consultation and cleaning of the room, do not market it as a 1 hour massage if it is indeed not a 1 hr massage. in those 50 min i received a decent massage until it got to my arms where it felt like digging into them. it felt like a massage that i could get from my husband unfortunately. the massage felt rushed. my neck was massaged but ended up leaving me with a headache. my husband and i were looking forward to a relaxing massage for our wedding anniversary and ended up getting a less than massage that we could have given each other at home for free. for the price of the spa i expected a bit more than what we received.

We have been to this location for massage and facial, both were fantastic. The facility is clean and well maintained. The employees are all upbeat with a positive, yet calming energy. McKenna was my massage therapist, and I highly recommend her! She listened to what was wanted, the strength that was requested, and areas that needed special attention. She was pleasant, professional and personable ... she truly made this experience enjoyable!
