I visited Halo for the first time last year on August 24th 2024. I specifically was searching out salt caves on Google, because I could tell that I was beginning to become compromised with something respiratory, and already being on an inhaler for over a year from a previous battle with covid, I wasn't going to let this get a foothold. I could not find any salt caves in the Knoxville area where I live, that were as fully involved floor to ceiling as this one, not to mention so beautiful and calming to be in. I enjoyed taking a tour of this tranquil spa, which is very vibrant and lively but also very calming to be in. I did a 45-minute session in the peace and quiet. I was the only one in the Salt cave. I went home home that night and woke up the next morning and realized that I did not have to use my inhaler to sleep for the first time in over a year, and the next night and the next week and the next month, and here I am 6 months later, asthma free after one salt cave session!

A coworker recommended this place and it sounded like something right up my alley. I started with red light therapy with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. Once we opened that door, we wanted more. I delightfully experienced 2 more services, a sound bed and an ionic detox footpath, all for a very reasonable price packaged together. I absolutely loved the sound bed and combining those services. Here it is 3 days later, and I am feeling great. I walked in feeling very stressed due to a bad car accident and walked out feeling a lot lighter! I will be a repeat customer. In addition, my daughter loved it so much she went back the next day with her dad and his wife to re-experience the salt cave. Great place to relieve some stress and feel rejuvenated!

I enjoy the Halo Salt Cave experience. The salt cave is relaxing and refreshing and can be a great way to get away from stress for 45 minutes. The ionic foot detox is amazing with the massage chair, the heat, and seeing toxins leaving your body. I feel it draws the arthritis out of my knee and makes me walk pain free for a little while. The owners of Halo Salt Cave are knowledgeable and make you feel at home. Everyone should try this at least once. You too will go back again.

This is one of the best salt caves I’ve seen! Being inside feels very enchanted cave vibes, and the salt on the ground is course which feels better than the usual fine salt. I did the ionic foot detox bath and loved it! Their prices are the best too!

I LOVE it here! My parents found this place a bit ago and had nothing but good things to say. So naturally I wanted to try it out. I’ve done everything from the salt cave to the infrared sauna to the detox foot bath and some others. Enjoy them all and feel amazing afterwards! Staff is also very kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Highly recommend for a day of pampering :)

I have experienced benefits from the salt cave many times. Today I tried the Salt Booth for a more intense experience; my breathing improved tremendously after just 10 minutes. After 30 minutes of Red Light Therapy, I felt better overall, and my headache was gone.
