I had a great time at Halo head spa! I booked with Aeri and she was awesome at explaining and delivering a relaxing and helpful experience. My hair and scalp feel amazing and I can't wait to go back and try the facial too.

Absolutely amazing experience at Halo Head Spa in Coppell! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and relaxing. And Hannah Carlson is incredibly kind and professional, making sure every detail is perfect. The massage, shampoo and condition treatment was beyond refreshing I could feel the tension melt away, and my hair has never felt healthier! If you’re looking for the ultimate self-care experience, I highly recommend Hannah at Halo Head Spa. I can’t wait to come back!

Came into town from Colorado and was wanting to start out my visit feeling relaxed and refreshed. I booked my appointment less than 24hours in advance and was easily able to get a spot! Having been to a head spa a few months prior, I was mainly looking to check in on my scalp and the changes that I’d made with my haircare. Not only did I get the confirmation that my scalp is doing so much better, but I had a phenomenal, relaxing experience. I have long hair and always worry that letting others handle it will go poorly, but I walked out with it being softer than it’s ever been before, smelling amazing, and feeling revitalized. The whole spa was ridiculously in-depth, from the scalp care to the massages to the aromatherapy. If you’re looking for someone to do a true to you, helpful treatment, this is 100% the place to go. I genuinely wish this place was in my hometown so I could come back over and over again! Cannot recommend enough!!!

One of the best head spa! I loved it so much. We checked my scalp first and see what we need to work on and they picked the best scalp care products for me! The place was really clean and organized and it has beautiful aesthetic. They are featuring Japanese and Korean spa styles and if you are looking for an authentic head spa, this is the best place to go!

I was really looking forward to this session, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The environment didn’t feel like a true spa, as it’s a rented room in a salon suites building. Because of this, it was difficult to fully relax with conversations happening in the hallway. While the website states a professional hair dry, my hair was left frizzy and not well done. I also think there should be more consideration for different hair types, whether through consultation or ensuring that someone with the right experience is available. Additionally, I had expected a full scalp massage as part of the treatment, but I didn’t receive one at all, which was truly disappointing since it was something I was looking forward to. I appreciate the effort that goes into providing these services, but for the price, I had hoped for a more relaxing and professional experience. I hope improvements are made, as I wanted to love this experience.

Highly recommend! This is my 2nd time visiting a head spa and this was by far the BEST out of the two. Leah was wonderful. The treatment was relaxing and a thorough cleanse of my scalp. I feel wonderful. Thanks again Leah!
