Everything is always so clean and the staff are so kind and helpful! Alyssa does AMAZING work! We decided to go with a gloss as it would be less maintenance and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! She is so knowledgeable and I have never once left unhappy!

Worst salon in Fargo. So unprofessional! I payed $150 for an incompetent stylist to play in my hair for 2hrs! Put something in my hair and stuck me under the dryer for an hour and a half, didn’t check on me once and I was so uncomfortable. Then I left the EXACT way I came in, I seriously don’t what the hell she was thinking. I only paid because I had a gift card from Covid that needed to be used. But I lost certainly didn’t tip her! Staff is rude and belittling! I will NEVER be coming here again and I WILL be telling everyone I know to NEVER come here if they want to be happy!

I really felt listened to! Jamie took her time to make sure everything was what I wanted and that I was comfortable. I love my hair and feel like a new person when I left. Everyone was sweet to me and complemented my hair as I left. It was the best experience I've had!

I’m really sad to say I don’t think I’ll be back to get my hair done here. I have gone here before and left satisfied but this last experience wasn’t it, especially for the amount I paid. I paid almost $250 for this color!! WAY OVER priced for the turn out I received. My hair should not be this brass color I did not ask for that. Leaving the salon I thought it looked great, but after I got home and got a closer look it wasn’t it 😫 I found so many flaws. I look like a cheetah in some spots ☹️ and the top of my hair does not blend with the bottom at all!! 😔 I really enjoyed my stylist she was nice but idk what happened that day…

My skin looks and feels amazing after my calming facial - Ne’Vaeh was absolutely wonderful! She took her time to explain the reasons behind my skin issues, recommended simple, effective changes to my skincare routine, and gave me some samples to try at home. Highly recommend her. (Plus, those steam showers are so dreamy 💆♀️ - especially this time of year)
