She has great attention to detail and talks you through every step just to make sure you’re comfortable with the length she’s taking off and the style you’re getting! Eliza is amazing! I have never had a haircut be so personable. Eliza takes time with each client and has such knowledge that goes beyond just a haircut. She knows what hair style is best for the shape of your face. Eliza also does eyebrow mapping and tint. Again, she is so knowledgeable about shapes and color. I love her, her shop and everything that goes with Hair Nova.
