Great first time visit today with Esther. I had first heard about the Japanese head spa while on vacation in Vegas and was so happy that we had one in Hagerstown. My scalp feels amazing and my hair has never been so shiny and clean. This business is within a business. It is right next to Burlington coat factory. She has her own private suite. It is very nice, quiet, clean and professional. As a first time customer I would recommend the Spa treatment so she can analyze your scalp and hair and make recommendations for your next treatment.

This is my first time with both services and I’m very satisfied with both. Between the lovely fragrances and the time Esther spent with me did not disappoint. I had the most incredible experience at Hadassah’s Beauty Palace Head Spa! I got the Aloe Vera Detox Hydration Treatment, and it was beyond amazing. Seeing my scalp up close was such a cool and eye-opening experience, and Esther provided so many helpful tips for maintaining a healthy scalp. My hair felt unbelievably clean and refreshed afterward!
The atmosphere was pure relaxation—the TV playing spa music created such a calming vibe, making the experience even more enjoyable. On top of the fantastic treatment, Esther truly goes above and beyond to make her clients feel special. She served me a plate of delicious food and even cheesecake while she blow-dried my hair—talk about luxury!
Everything about this visit was perfect, from start to finish. Hands down, the best spa experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Esther is an absolute gem easy to talk to and educational. I was so relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I felt like a queen!!! I did not fall asleep but i defiantly felt like i slept.
