A must go! So relaxing. My hair and scalp never felt cleaner! Very clean and great service.
I first heard about H2O house and wanted to go when I was pregnant. I read on their website you can't go if you're pregnant. I understood after I went. You spend an hour flat on your back, there's no alternative lying position. Definitely worth the wait!

10/10 recommend. My hair has never felt softer with the hydration base. Great double date idea! They will encourage you to tip with cash or zelle. Worth every penny. Got a small hand, foot and neck massage included in price. There is street parking outside of the strip mall it is in. They blow dried my hair after the scalp massage using good products (morracon oil annd redken heat protectant) and a dyson blow dryer.

Loved this place so much. I felt so good after my head massage and treatment. I noticed such a major difference after the treatment my hair was so much shinier and healthier too. The lady who did my massage did so well that I fell asleep during it. Highly reccomend. The only downside was that the prices are very high around $100 for the treatment and massage I got but in my opinion it was worth it.

I flew all the way from Ohio to come here, and this is my second time visiting. I have been trying to find a place like this ever since I saw videos of headspas online. There’s something so relaxing about the whole concept, and it's been a dream of mine to experience it firsthand.
I wanted to wait until I had visited more than once so I could be sure of the consistency of the service, and I have to say, both times have been absolutely wonderful.
I absolutely love getting scalp massages; they give me the most incredible tingling sensations all over my scalp and down my back, especially when my hair is played with. It’s not just a physical feeling—it’s an entire experience of calm and relaxation that remains even after I leave. One of the things I appreciate most is how much cleaner my scalp feels afterward. My hair feels lighter and more voluminous without the usual oil buildup that can sometimes weigh it down. I’ve tried different treatments over the years, but nothing has compared to the results I get here. The attention to detail and care provided are second to none.
The building itself is beautifully designed, with light-toned decor that feels fresh and calming. I love the light wood and cream tones throughout—it really adds to the serene atmosphere. I felt so welcomed and never rushed, even though I’ve been here twice now. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, making sure that each guest feels special.
Another great thing is that they’re completely okay with you bringing your own products, which I really appreciate. I always bring my own hair oil to apply at the end of the treatment. Plus, they offer an option to tip via Venmo or Zelle, which is super convenient since I rarely carry cash. I’m genuinely so excited to come here again and plan to return every time I visit Chicago. It’s now a must-do for me whenever I’m in the city.

Absolutely amazing relaxing service! Hour long scalp treatments with arm, neck, and foot massage. They blow dry your hair and make it look and feel beautiful. You get to see your scalp transform with the camera. You even get tea or water and a little snack after. Will definitely be back!

It was… okay. I was really excited to go. They take you to a chair where they use a camera to show you what your scalp looks like. The woman working with me didn’t speak English, and all she said was “dry”. I was like okay there’s no explanation?
The massage part and hair washing part was fine. Nothing crazy. I thought it would be a lot more for $98. Then they force you to pay 18% or more in tips- which is pretty frustrating.
Idk, I thought it was just fine.

Finally, a head spa in Chicago. I have been waiting for years for the Midwest to get on the head spa wagon. Don’t believe the bad reviews. This place just opened up in May and they have been in high demand since then. Just be patient, book online cause it’s well worth it. After booking a month in advance, I finally got my turn today. The place is super modern, clean and does not smell of mildew/mold. It was a little hectic checking in but when the service finally started it was smooth sailing from there. The women are super nice and give first class service all the way through. The products smell nice and clean. The tools they use are top notch for the service. I do caution people who it’s their first time. Remember, your scalp is getting a deep clean so at times the exfoliation and cleaning may not feel so pleasant but some of the services include neck, shoulders, arms and feet massage. I left with smooth hair, clean scalp and relaxed body. Can’t wait to go again.
