I’ve just recently kicked up my self care routine and asked my friends which spa was the best for massages. About a month back I went to a competitor and it was sub par at best. This morning I had the most relaxing Swedish massage! Mataya was is my masseuse super professional made me feel like I had done the a thousand time before only complaint I should have gotten a 90 min over a 60 go see the girls at GROVE SPA!

I got the indulge package and Casey was wonderful with my vichy gold experience and my massage. He was fun and made everything more relaxing! Faith did a great job and was upfront and honest about my skin and did a great job during my facial! definitely will return!

Bought gift certificate online for bday gift for fiancé but no opening for over a month so bought him another one elsewhere. They refuse to refund gift certificate for $130 stating it’s just their policy. However I tried to cancel the purchase within a half hour of buying it online. I was told that most businesses won’t refund on gift certificates by manager rather than making it good. Don’t book here unless you look at how far out you’ll have to wait. I understand policy but still consider this bad customer service.
