We just went here and wanted to come back again. The service here is superb. Very friendly and professional staffs. Highly recommendable spa for a very reasonable price but guaranteed a great service! We had our Swedish massage by Willie and it was a top tier, he definetly knows what he’s doing.. The salt cave treatment was so relaxing too. Nathan also was so welcoming, he even gave us a free infrared sauna which was a wow for us. And thanks to Cam at the front for being so kind and so friendly. My friend and I had a great time!

Absolutely wonderful experience! My bestie and I did the Two’s Company package! Isaiah was amazing! As a plus size woman, he made me feel totally at ease and comfortable! The pressure he used was perfect! I can’t say enough about how great his demeanor and professionalism was, Totally loved the infrared and the dry salt treatments as well! Left feeling totally relaxed and like a millions bucks! Felt like a queen from the staff from beginning to end! Highly recommend? The only suggestion I would make is a table for bigger chested women! Had a late birthday celebration at Greenhouse and really enjoyed my time. Very easy to find. Calm and comfortable atmosphere. We did a couples massage and soak. Candace and Christi were calm, patient, and hardworking! We really had a great experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed my birthday experience at Greenhouse. My sister and I loved the cozy robes - Ellery did my facial, and Willie did my massage, and they were both wonderful. We felt they took great care of Nashville locals, especially by keeping prices reasonable enough to treat ourselves to multiple treatments! Plan to definitely book again soon. 🧖‍♀️🥰

So disappointing. I made two massage appointments several weeks ago. I drove 3 hours to spend the day with my daughter and our “big activity” was massages at greenhouse. I confirmed my appointments before I left town. We showed up this morning and they did NOT have enough massage therapists. They offered to do one massage later in the day - but why would I travel to spend hours apart because of their mistake. They were very “matter of fact” and not overly apologetic at all. They said I’m getting a full refund but did not issue one while I was there - even though I asked about it. We were basically ushered out the door. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on Greenhouse when Nashville is full of wonderful spas!!

I had an amazing experience here! I was greeted by Cameron who was so sweet, warm, & welcoming. He assisted me through the whole experience & his energy just heightened the day! I received a facial from Mariah & it was absolutely fabulous! She is very knowledgeable & gifted at what she does. Candace gave me an amazing deep tissue massage. The pressure was perfect & I felt great afterwards. The atmosphere is cozy & I really enjoyed my time here. Will definitely be back!

Came for couples massage for our anniversary. We had such an amazing time. Massages were great, sauna and salt room were a great addition to our massage. Very peaceful, easy parking and Conner did a great job making sure we were comfortable and taken care of! Can't wait to go back.
