Had the most amazing experience at the water lounge over President’s Day weekend. The steam room and sauna are massive! My friends are I had the best time enjoying the hot and cold tubs too. Great Jones Spa has the most relaxing atmosphere offering plenty of room with different seating areas and refreshments. The staff was 10/10- super nice and accommodated our every need. We were blown away at how CLEAN everything was too. Overall, incredible time, will be back soon!!

This spa is really lovely. The water lounge is a great addition to a facial experience. My daughter and I went for a hydro facial and stem cell facial, on her birthday. The facialists were wonderful, kind and so incredibly helpful in choosing our services tailored to our skin care needs. We stayed for about 30 mins after our treatments to enjoy the water lounge. It was so relaxing. The only complaint I have is the older receptionist with black hair and thick framed glasses. I didn’t catch her name. When we arrived, I tried to explain to another receptionist that we tried calling many times to cancel an existing appointment we accidentally made on the website and she was so sweet and began helping us. But the older woman interrupted without hearing the entirety of our conversation and started scolding me and rudely told me I couldn’t cancel in person and that I needed to do this over the phone. She was curt, rude and extremely condescending and confrontational. I had to show her a screenshot of all the attempts we made at calling and she later admitted their landlines had crashed earlier in the day. Then she tried to force me to admit that she wasn’t being rude and that she was simply following the rules. When it was time to leave, we were a bit disoriented because we were so relaxed. We thanked the kinder receptionist and started at the exit when the rude older receptionist stopped us and demanded to know if we planned to leave without paying. It had slipped my mind and I was happy to pay but she was rolling her eyes and scoffed, mumbling about how unbelievable it was that we were trying to get away with not paying. I spent nearly $600 there last night. And would gladly come back, but I’m extremely turned off by this woman. Will she be there the next time I come? She was so rude, we weren’t even given a chance to purchase any of the products the facialist recommended during our treatments because she was so hostile during our exit. She ruined and undid all of the relaxing treatments we received. I’m hesitant to go back because of this woman. Has anyone else had this experience w her?

Great spa! I would just recommend bringing your own little wristlet bag for things you want close to you such as phone and chapstick- there are no pockets in the robes so having a wristlet bag came in handy for me personally. I booked the deep tissue massage with Tatiana. Highly recommend her! I had a lot of pain in my body and she really gave special attention to the areas that were in the most pain. It’s not always easy to find a good masseuse but I’d highly recommend her! After, I went downstairs to the water area. The sauna and steam room were amazing and there was a heated pool with an ice plunge right next to it. They provide snacks, tea and water. The snacks are individually packaged. The veggie sticks and chips were stale I will say because those types of things need to be kept away from moisture and we were in an area where there’s a lot of that. They have clementines which I enjoyed though and I had their tea. Overall a great experience. It doesn’t feel low quality, and it takes care of everything you’d want/need from a spa. Highly recommend!!

Came here on a recommendation from someone, and was absolutely delighted. My partner and I had massages. My aromatherapy massage from Evie was superb! She really could have beat me up, but respected that I wanted to relax lol. My partner really enjoyed his hot stone massage. The water lounge with its small pool, two saunas, and cold plunge were very nice. A very relaxing atmosphere, only occasionally broken by chattier groups. Tea, snacks, and water are available while you lounge as well.

We came in for the water lounge at Great Jones Spa to get out of the cold for a bit. At $70 for two hours, you get an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city & can relax in the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, or cold plunge. They have tea, fruit, & snacks as well as locker rooms for you to store your belongings while you lounge. Be sure to bring a bathing suit! The only thing I would say it that it can get a little crowded. I recommend going on a weekday to avoid crowding in the pools

I’ve been coming here every year around my birthday as a self care treat for years. I like to do the water spa and just move around the space for a few hours. It’s really relaxing and quiet - sometimes big groups come in and make it noisy but that doesn’t happen often. They have snacks and drinks you can nosh on in the main area and the hot sauna is probably my favorite.

What a perfect day. The water lounge was very relaxing and it was easy to fill the 2 hours. The facial was topnotch too! I look forward to returning!

Louis is the absolute best! Truly the best massage I've ever had. Very thorough and maintained firm pressure throughout the massage. The pools, sauna, and steam room are nice, too. But Louis is who makes me a fan of Great Jones.
