Front desk reception was friendly and inviting and my stylist Morgan was great! I’m a former hairstylist with 20 years experience but I did not tell her that until after we had our consultation. She knew what she was talking about and what I wanted. I will definitely be back for future services with Morgan .

ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING SERVICES!!! Booked body treatments with Morgan. Got a body scrub, back facial, and ultimate facial. Everything was customized for me and my preferences after a detailed consultation. Morgan was fantastic with her communication, her methods, checking in with pressure and how everything was feeling. And helped pick the best add-ons to go with my facial for my skin. I left feeling light as a feather, silky smooth, and super relaxed! 10/10 will go back and highly recommend! Went on another day and booked a Luxury Mani/Pedi with Marcia-best one I've ever had! Had a fantastic conversation with her while getting my hands and feet done together, the DewLuxe is amazing and I encourage anyone to try it! Quick added on a make up application with Camryn and left feeling and looking AMAZING!! Gloss is the best!

The massages were fine. My husband didn't feel his was as good as the last massage. We were very unhappy with the price hike! I had confirmed the price of $83.00 each when I booked them. You were running a special of 25% off and the said that would be valid at appointment time. You honored the 25% off but said the massage price had increased to $89.00. When booking I was assured the price would be $83.00. This is the second time the price has been more than what I was quoted when booking. 😡 I bought a $89.00 one hour gift certificate for my son and included the sales pamphlet with it to prove the price when he gets his massage. I hope you honor that!!! You should not charge a customer more after the massage than the price quoted when they booked it! That is a very bad business practice.

Service and ambiance is what you want in a salon. Very relaxing and clean. Getting hair care with a specialist who knows and cares about hair and self care really is important. Gloss prioritizes on self care and their services exemplifies this everytime I am there for my visit. I leave happy, relaxed and feel taken cared of. Shout out to Alli who is so knowledgeable about hair and wellness. The front desk staff who welcomes you when you enter and check in is always amazing.

I had an amazing experience at Gloss salon! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They have a really fun valentines discount for products. They have good prices compared to other places in the area. Stacy did an amazing job with my hair. I can tell she really cared about the outcome, and helped me get exactly what I wanted!

Loved the stylist, Hailey Kay! She did a great job with my cut and product recommendations. My hair was so soft, shiny and extremely healthy looking! I especially appreciated her knowledge she shared with me. I had a lot of questions! I even rebooked with her! I normally don’t because everyone that I have seen at Gloss have done a great job, but I had an especially great experience with her. 👏 Thanks again, Hailey Kay!
