GlamHouse is my favorite spa in Roanoke! I originally made an appointment for my wedding hair and makeup and now I'm a devoted customer. They did my hair and makeup for my engagement party, rehearsal dinner, and for my wedding and I could not be happier! I love the way they do makeup- it's classy and beautiful and made my skin feel great, and I have sensitive skin. They're also great at hair and all the employees are wonderful, friendly, and professional. Since my wedding, I've continued to get the lashes because I'm obsessed! Since then I've tried a massage and I'm looking forward to trying a facial. Everything they offer is a wonderful experience I highly recommend GlamHouse Day Spa for all of your beauty needs!

Clean and friendly. I went for a back scrub and facial and it was amazing. The nice worker, Hannah, did it. She is incredibly nice. We talked about multiple things and she recommended an eyebrow tint. I decided to go back to GlamHouse for the eyebrow tint and we had a lovely conversation. My eyebrows look great. I am very happy with the service. My eyebrows look natural without me filling them in

I had a wonderful, special day here as a birthday gift from my husband. The house where the spa is located has really been glammed up on the inside - shiny things everywhere, chandeliers, it's perfect! I had a glorious Swedish massage with Matt who has a wonderful technique! Then, the cactus body toning cocoon and the age-defying facial were done by Lillian. What pure decadence! Becky, at the front, was warm and welcoming. I could not have had a better day!

Where do I start? If I could give 6 stars I would! I had a great experience there today. From the service, to the friendly staff, to the decor...just all around amazing. I received a pedicure and a brow wax/tint from Hannah and I would HIGHLY recommend this spa to anyone. They make you feel so special and do exceptional work. 10/10 recommend for all your beauty needs. You will not leave disappointed.

I love Marybeth... she is such a talented hair stylist. I have very thick hair that gets so heavy and hard to manage. With my new style that she has helped me wear and love, my hair looks and feels great! It totally suits my lifestyle now being a busy working mom especially. I feel light as a feather, and this style helps me fly through my work week effortlessly!!! ;o) Keep being awesome!

The technician was fantastic who provided my wax service. However, the spa manager knocked and walked in during my service to retrieve supplies for the upcoming massage. I was naked from the waist down and in butterfly position. If you were looking for privacy, this is not the day spa to go to.

I had moved to Richmond to Roanoke and need to find a new place to do my lash refill. I found this place had them. They did fit me in quick but I felt like she was rushing threw the whole appointment. The room I was out in to do my lashes was a small room and was no lighting at all so I don’t know how she was really seeing what she was doing. But in the end I got them don’t on Friday and to day is Wednesday and I already have lost all the lashes she put on I wasted my 60 dollars and the 15 dollar tip I left. Sorry but will not be back. If you don’t know what your doing please don’t say you can do lashes and please don't rush threw it either. I spend a lot of money on them and I don’t want to waste my hard earned money.
