I had a wonderful experience and didn't even know it was a full spa, with multiple options for massages, like couples massages and mud wraps, until I was gifted this appointment. Brie made me feel welcome and at ease when she checked me in. She was knowledgeable when I asked about reflexology and made sure I was comfortable. She asked about my music preference and ensured I was warm. JessieMae was my massage therapist, and she was incredible. Her technique included gentle stretching and perfectly balanced pressure—deep enough to bring noticeable relief without being too intense. She was also excellent at draping, keeping me comfortable and modest throughout the entire massage. Both Brie and JessieMae let me guide how much I wanted to talk. They were friendly but allowed for silence to help me relax. Also, it's super cute inside.

Highly recommend!! Great staff and location. I started off with 8 minutes in the infrared sauna and read my book for about the same time. I closed my eyes and woke up to the 5 minute knock at the door. Did some cat-cows in the salt grains and did the boogie out of there feeling full of energy.

A truly exceptional massage experience at the Glacier spa! Jessie was incredibly attentive to my needs, expertly addressing my tension points with a perfect balance of pressure, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be returning for another session. It was one of the divine, best and super relaxing experience! The entire staff is attentive, friendly, and professional. The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. I loved the decor and salt cave ambiance it’s like heaven. I've had many massages over the years, and Jessie stands out as one of the most skilled therapists I've encountered. I've been going back to her for a couple of years now, and am NEVER disappointed. I always feel welcome and comfortable. Jessie always takes the time to understand my needs and areas of tension. She regularly checks in about how I'm feeling and if the pressure is good. I always leave feeling completely rejuvenated, relaxed, and with significantly less pain. I will always recommend this spa for a wonderful experience, and always have another massage booked not too far out!

The Glacier Salt cave is the most peaceful and relaxing place. They offer many different services and the shop in the front is great too! The owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful, attentive to her clients. She is very supportive of her local community too! Absolutely love that it is a locally owned business. My two girlfriends and I decided to treat ourselves to a girl's day trip in Juneau, and booking a session at the Glacier Salt Cave turned out to be the highlight of our day! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness by the staff, who were incredibly informative and sweet. They made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away, setting the perfect tone for our one-hour session. The salt cave itself was a serene oasis — peaceful, clean, and beautifully designed. The experience was beyond what we imagined! Not only did we feel an incredible sense of calm and rejuvenation, but the health benefits were also a fantastic bonus. We could literally feel the stress melt away while the salt did its magic on our skin and lungs. It was an amazing way to recharge, and we left feeling refreshed, glowing, and energized. I can’t recommend the Glacier Salt Cave enough! Whether you're looking for a moment of tranquility or simply want to try something unique with friends, this place is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back for more of this soothing experience!

Excellent experiences. We are locals and visit for couples massages. Warm, soothing experience. Super clean and very friendly. Chakra Room is new. Very pretty and inviting. Both professionals listen and respond to areas in need of relief. Knowledgeable about the trade! Offered local referrals!!! Kind and inquisitive to pain points and had healthy recommendations concurrent with what I have heard from other quality professionals in this service. Highly recommend the hour in the cave, do both the full body and the reflexology. And don’t just stick to the back,….quads in the massage and shins in the reflexology,… Hell yes! I WFH and needed this! Pounds of stress off my body l!! Thank goodness a place like this is still operating in Juneau with the current economy!!!!!!!!RR.
