I had a great experience at Ginger Bay Town and Country! The staff was friendly, I got good feedback on what I can improve on with my hair health and stress management to reduce muscle fatigue/tightness. Olivia gave the best massage I’ve ever had, Kimberly cut my hair, and Makayla styled it. I was very pleased with the services, staff, and price! I will be back- thank you all!

Stylist needs more training! Minus the stylist getting hair dye on the back of my sweatshirt (which thankfully came out), the color turned out great but way more than 2 inches were taken off my hair. I was seeing a new stylist and very nervous about the cut. I was shown and assured only 2 inches would be taken off only to walk out with 4+ taken off and an uneven face frame. I knew something was wrong when she pulled my hair to the front and one side was noticeable shorter than the other and at that point it. was too late. Extremely upset as I had been growing my hair out for over a year. If I come back, I’ll be requesting someone with more experience. Before and after cut for reference.

I absolutely love Megan and her massages! She is very intuitive and knows just what the body needs. Her demeanor is so calming and welcoming. I can’t recommend her enough!

Emma was amazing! She did exactly what I asked for and did it with skill and precision. She is friendly and competent. She’s socially graceful and is great for both quiet and chatty customers. My mom recommended her to me and I am completely satisfied with my experience. Also, the front desk staff was beyond friendly and helpful, especially with the multiple snow days screwing up everyone’s appointments. The location is also great. The salon feels very upscale and professional.

Been their customer for over a decade at Town & Country and saw various stylists over the years. Stephen was the absolute bestest but no longer there. Most recently Paige, Hanna(?) and Jennifer . They deliver what I ask for - And don't hesitate to suggest adjustments & recommendations. It's just hair at the end of the day that grows back. So you have to be a bit flexible and give time to built rapport and help the stylists understand what you are looking for, no matter what Salon. Good luck!

Highlights & Touchup with Elliot today. Fabulous as always. Elliot is an experienced stylist who listens and makes my hair gorgeous! And I feel pampered. The receptionist desk staff are friendly, professional and efficient, especially Lexi & Stella. Aveda products can’t be beat. High quality & plant-based.
