My hair cut is so un even a bty school student could have done a better hair cut. Suggest you get staff better trained in hair cutting. As a retired industry professional who has worked with thousands of hair cutters nationally - it’s clear Katrina is not capable of precise hair cuts or checking her work. If you spend 10 minutes on keep cutting one - there is a very good chance you cut more on one side than the other. I was extremely disappointed and will let my friends know.

I have been going to Cassidy at the Kirkwood location for some time now for dermaplaning, glycolic peel, and hydrating facials. She is EXCELLENT. Very professional, thorough, has just the perfect touch and pressure, and is very knowledgeable. You will be completely relaxed. I think the price I pay is worth the service and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my facials.

The team at Ginger Bay in Kirkwood are always so great!! Friendly and professional!! Took my mom out for a mother/daughter date and we both got massages. We each had a great experience with our massage therapists and the spa is so nice and calming! Highly recommend Ginger Bay Kirkwood!!!

I started going to this salon in 1991. I have moved out of town twice, I now live in Chicago but I continue to go to see Corinne for my hair color and cuts. Outstanding salon and very professional and educated stylists. You always see future stylists being trained by long time stylists. Excellent salon.
