*Zero Stars: Unacceptable Experience and Business Practices!!! I'm extremely disappointed with the recent experience I had here!! While I've given them multiple chances to make things right after a horrible initial experience, their latest move has left a bad taste & very unsettling vibes!! After previously messing up my daughters & sons hair and providing subpar service, including unacceptable treatment of my autistic son, I was willing to give them another chance. However, during my last visit, I was presented with a paper to sign that essentially waived their responsibility for any mistakes or issues with their services. This is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the company's values and priorities. It's clear that they're more interested in protecting themselves than providing quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. I'm extremely disappointed and would advise others to avoid this salon at ALL costs. The lack of accountability and transparency is alarming, and I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I've experienced. *Rating:* 0/5 stars I will be sharing this review on Yelp, Google Reviews, and other relevant platforms to ensure that others are aware of the subpar service and questionable business here!!

What an amazing experience! I got highlights from Jessica and she knew exactly what to do to get my blonde right. She also gave me a cute cut and style and was very funny and kind. Thank you Jessica, this is the happiest I’ve been with my hair in a very long time!

My stylist Alicia did an excellent job! She listened to what I wanted, and my hair looks great! Would highly recommend for a men's stylist.

I asked for highlights and to brighten up my hair a bit. At first I thought it turned out great, but as soon as I got home and looked closer I noticed the roots of my hair were patchy, orange tone. Also the lower half of my hair was a different tone than my upper and I could see where the difference split. I called back and explained and was scheduled for a root retouch. I showed her the orange roots and she agreed that yea we needed to fix that and also the bottom of my hair. She used a toner and then was drying me off to style my hair when I looked closer and saw that it was STILL orange tone at the roots! I think if I wouldn't have said anything again she would have just pretended it was fixed, that's one part that really bothered me, she clearly saw that she hadn't fixed the issue and waited for me to say something. So then again she said she would try to fix it by this time doing a root smudge. After doing the root smudge, she said it was fixed and it looked better , by then it was getting late and I had to leave with wet hair. Finally getting home and although the roots look better than what they were I still see patches of orange roots and since she darkened the roots with a similar color of my natural hair it has this weird tone to it. Also my top hair after the toner is just looking weird. I also think that I have more highlights on one side of my head than the other, have dark spots I feel like more on one side. I feel bad writing this because as a person the stylist was very nice and I really liked talking with her, that's why I went back to her to fix it but now it was a big waste of time and I feel a big waste of money for something that looks terrible. My hair does not look professionally done.

I had the best experience at Garbo’s with Kaitlyn, she helped me fix my hair completely after it had been messed up really bad. She listened to my wants and needs and she was so knowledgeable, sweet, personable, and funny!! From now on I will be going to her, she’s wonderful!! Not to mention my hair looks the best it has EVER looked. When we were done with the service I was in shock at how amazing she did, now I have the PERFECT fall hair color🤗. Book with her, you wont regret it!!

I got a pedicure from Emma! She did absolutely amazing! Felt like I was walking on clouds when I left! && her paint job A1 🙌🏾🫶🏾🤞🏾 Will definitely be back!

Courtney L. has been doing my hair for over a year now. She does a great job! Always listening to my ideas and concerns. She colors my grey, highlights, and cuts my hair. When I was interested in a smoothing service she doesn’t perform, she had no issues referring me to AND coordinating services with one of her colleagues. She has also cut my boyfriend’s hair. He wanted a completely new hairstyle. I was nervous, but she pulled it off and he looked SO handsome. Most important to me, Courtney is genuine. She truly cares about people, easpecially her clients.

What a fantastic place to get a facial! Such a beautiful and relaxing environment! Anne did phenomenal work. I'm so grateful for my experience here and definitely plan to return.
