The local water is very hard and hard on your hair and scalp. So are the seasonal changes, harsh products and pollution. Arora was attentive and patient with concerns and questions. Scalp and hair feel amazing.

My husband gifted me a scalp treatment at the salon back in April. I was scheduled for the service when the machine broke. There has been no follow-up from the salon, we have tried to call many times to book the appointment and they have given us the run around. We requested our money back because it is now August and they have yet to do so. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this salon!

I absolutely LOVED my hair spa treatment and trim with Arora. She had a fun energy and took the time to listen about my hair routine AND what was going on in life. She took her time and explained everything we were doing for the health of my hair. Then, with the trim session, she did exactly what I had in mind and we had a great chat and chemistry throughout the experience. Thank you, Arora! :)

I would like to thank the employee's over at Focal Point for outstanding customer care and professionalism! I had gone in for a facial and was taken care of from the time I went into the establishment to the time I left. The front desk employee was amazing. She kept me updated on my progress and was super nice and showed great customer care. The ladies in the back were also amazing! The employee that did my facial was caring and gave me excellent advice on how to take care of my skin and also showed great professionalism. I had a great time and was so relaxing. I would also like to thank Bryan who is one of the owners a big thank you for speaking with me and caring for my care and also making sure everything went smoothly! I highly recommend coming to Focal Point Salon & Spa! If you want to experience a relaxing and great customer experience!

Came here for the first time today for laser hair removal. The salon is super cute! And the front desk staff were so nice, I tend to get anxious easily and they made me feel very welcomed! They chatted with me and were just super sweet. The laser tech was also awesome and easy to chat with, was like I was just chatting with a friend! Will be back for my future laser touch ups 😊

You should definitely check it out. It's the best in the area, hands-down. My husband and I both have been patients at Focal Point for over a year and the service is always good. They take care of you from making the appointment all the way through until you leave. It's spotless, the equipment is new and they have everything I need, too! Everyone is just so friendly there.

I absolutely love Focal Point Spa!!! I've had my hair styled a few times and was very impressed. I recently had lip filler done with the nurse who was sooo nice, she was very compassionate and kept me up to date as to everything she was doing, afterwords she checked on my constantly to ensure my happiness. I will most certainty be going back for more procedures in the future. This is my favorite place to feel beautiful!! I would recommend them to everyone!!

I booked an appointment online for a dermaplane/peel combo listed at $150. When I arrived, the receptionist confirmed that I had booked for the dermaplane/peel combo. After I received the service I was charged $315 - over double the price listed online then tip! I paid at the time because there were people waiting in the small lobby area and I wanted to get home and double check that I didn’t see the incorrect price online. Once I got home and confirmed it was in fact $150, I called back for a refund or store credit. I was told that there were new owners and different prices, and that they in fact didn’t offer the dermaplane/peel combo anymore (even though the receptionist confirmed in person). They stated the online price was an “error” (aka their mistake of not updating prices) and they could only offer me a complimentary dermaplane (less than half of what I should be refunded) or 10% off my next service instead of honoring the price listed and what I thought I was paying. I would not have booked the service had I known the price, and I see another review complaining about a price discrepancy as well. No one I spoke with was particularly friendly, including the girl who gave my peel/dermaplane. This place feels cheap and slimy so I’m declining their offer and taking my business elsewhere.
