Treated myself to a head spa for my birthday! It did not disappoint! From the second I walked in the customer service was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing, quiet, and welcoming. The robes were plush and comfortable. Stephanie did an amazing job and I felt so peaceful and relaxed at the end of my treatment. 10/10 recommend!

Hair flow 20/10 This is everything you’ve been asking your partner to do when they play with your hair. From light little scratches at the nape of your neck to deep scalp massage, this is your mid week pick me up or treat yo self. The vibes are immaculate, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the easiest booking process ever. Cannot wait to book again and this will be a monthly treat for myself!

I love a true SPA experience and Flow Head Spa definitely offers that. I was impressed by the organic feel of the space as well the services offered. The Ebb & Flow is a perfect mix of deep relaxation, scalp health & hair nourishment. It combines elements of a scalp massage, aromatherapy, deep cleansing, along with light therapy depending on individual needs.

It's absolutely gorgeous inside and so relaxing. I never knew I needed a spa for my head but my friend encouraged me to try it. I was worried they wouldn't know how to care for my 4C hair but my technician took great care of my hair while also leaving my scalp feeling amazing! The inside is very spacious and cute so I plan on coming back with my girlfriends and making a day of it 🧖🏾‍♀️

I was initially skeptical because the perfect 5-star reviews seemed too good to be true, but now I completely understand why! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and given sandals and a robe. I had time to unwind with a drink before my treatment, and my scalp specialist was incredibly kind and attentive. The treatment itself was phenomenal, I felt so relaxed. Afterward, I got to continue relaxing with cucumber water in the waiting space before changing back into my clothes at my own pace. This was my first time trying a headspa and was pleasantly surprised! I have type 4 hair (coily/curly) and I tend to be picky about people in my hair. However I decided to treat myself and try Flow Headspa. I was welcomed warmly by the receptionist and given my robe, towel, and slippers. I even got a cute little note of affirmation. While I waited for my appointment I sat in the relaxation room and enjoyed a mimosa and little snack. My technician came and got me when it was time and did an analysis on my hair. She was very knowledgeable and allowed me to express any concerns with my hair. She told me which products she’ll use on my hair and then we got started with the treatment. Whoever thought of combining getting a massage with getting your hair washed was a genius! I really enjoyed my service and felt so relaxed. She dried and shaped my fro so nicely. I was surprised when I woke up and my hair was still so soft. Typically my hair gets dry if I don’t put any product on it. I’d definitely come back to treat myself again ❤️ Shout out to Brie!

Even before my session began, I was already feeling relaxed and excited. When my therapist greeted me, they explained everything thoroughly, which put me at ease. One unique aspect of the experience was their detailed scalp analysis. They used a special tool to examine my scalp and explain what was going on in a way that was both informative and easy to understand. It gave me valuable insights into my scalp’s health, which I had never considered before. As soon as I laid down on the table, the magic began. The experience was unbelievable—the scalp massage, along with the soothing massages on my hands and shoulders, melted all the tension away. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and I felt completely rejuvenated. Flow Head Spa is more than just a spa—it’s a sanctuary. It’s the kind of place you’d want to make your go-to spot for stress relief or me time. For me, it’s not just a one-time visit; I’d absolutely include it as part of my monthly self-care routine.
