It was my first float today. I loved it so much. I was worried about it being too silent and too dark, so I had them play thunderstorm sounds. Next time I will go for the totally quiet and dark experience. Just was really cool. They had everything there you need! Even provided a hairdryer and hair products. Would really suggest you try it here!

What an amazing Xmas gift this was! I have chronic back pain due to needing disc replacement surgery, for an entire hour I was in ZERO pain! The friendly staff explained the entire experience to me ahead of time, so I wasn’t confused or stressed. The facility is SUPER clean and organized. The vibe sets the tone as soon as you walk in the door! This is the best kept secret, as they have been here for SEVEN years! I did the infrared sauna and an hour float! Will definitely be back! And often!

I love everything about Float and Fly. I love how clean it is and how kind everyone is. And the float is amazing!! I use it mostly for pain relief but sometimes it really helps me quiet my brain. The feeling of being weightless is such a relief when you live with chronic pain. Highly, highly recommend!!

I tried a 1 hour float today and found it very relaxing. Helps calm the mind and help you destress if you have stress. When I was in there I found in the beginning it was hard to relax until I got comfortable and figured I would float, but I also loss track of time because I was relaxing and then all of a sudden the lights come back on meaning I had 5 minutes left and didn’t realize it had been an hour already. Owner/ helper at this place was very helpful and took time to explain everything. Place is well equipped with everything you need after you float. Provides all the body wash and shampoo you need to wash off after the float. They also have deodorant and body spray that you can use if you want. They also provide petroleum jelly if you have a small cut and need to cover it. Can’t wait to come back and do another float and maybe try some of the other services there.
