I had a partial foil booked with Kayla today. The woman that checked me in was very attentive offering me water tea or coffee as soon as I arrived. The spa has a very relaxed environment. Kayla was knowledgeable and wonderful. She provided me much guidance on how to best care for my hair. She did a great job with my foils and also gave me a nice trim, style and courtesy neck massage. She offered me more tea many times during my service. I believe the price of service is reasonable in today’s economy. I would definitely return if I was staying in the area but I am only here on a temp work assignment.

I went here for a prenatal massage a couple days ago. I had never gotten a massage before so I didnt know what to expect but the staff was extremely kind and the atmosphere was super peaceful and calm. The women who did my massage was respectful and professional. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Such an amazing relaxing experience and so fun. I went with my mom and got mani Pedies and it was so fun. They did great work and the service was great. It was kind of cold in there so definitely bring something cozy but besides that I 100% recommend!

On July 25th the girl at five elements spa removed my first ever gel manicure using only a nail file. Then put the polish on. I learned that she was supposed to file the top layer of the polish and then soak them in acetone and gently peel it off with a scraper. As you can see from the photos, my nails will be ruined for quite a long time. Since it was the first time I had gotten gel removed, I had no idea. Learn from my mistake! Do not get your nails done here! To your response below….She did not use acetone. She only used the file and filed the top of my nail. Then she put polish……….My nail polish was then removed professionally. The damage is definitely from your salon.

I was scheduled for a massage today and it was canceled with 2 hours notice. This is the second time that this has happened to me with the same employee. This is the worst customer service possible. If I changed my mind and didn’t feel like coming in for my appointment they would want to charge me.

Greetings, my name is Alex and I own Hair Force One not too far from the RRMC… I have a lot of clients and one of my color clients came in earlier today and was getting her hair taken care of and and she brought up “Five Elements” and raved up and down about a massage therapist by the name of Leigh .. she spoke so highly of her and stated she was awesome and apparently had a neck issue and it was corrected by this massage therapist within two sessions and I’m having the same problem myself so I just gave the facility a phone call and I was actually on speakerphone and my client was sitting here and the person that answered did not say the name of the facility but just said “ Hello”.. And I responded… “I think I have the wrong number”. I said. “ I’m looking for “ Five elements” And she responded .. “this is it” and I’m thinking …this is how you answer the business telephone?… Even my client was floored… I just stated that I would call back and just hung up the phone… But I understand Leigh is VERY good at her work and I’m gonna give her a try upon recommendation :))

Couldn't get an appointment or walk in, to 6 or 8 salons and barber shops in Rutland. I called 5 elements and they got me in the next day! The price for a men's cut seemed a bit high ($38) but they are super nice and seemed to care about my having my business, unlike the other salons / barbers in Rutland. 😒
