Finesse Spa Salon

I recently visited Finesse Salon and had the absolute pleasure of getting a haircut from Kaitlyn – and let me tell you, it was a 5-star experience from start to finish! Kaitlyn is a true artist with scissors; she listened carefully to what I wanted and then delivered a cut that was beyond perfect. My hair has never looked so sharp, healthy, and stylish. The attention to detail was unreal – every strand seemed to fall exactly where it should. The vibe at Finesse Salon is so welcoming, and Kaitlyn’s friendly, professional energy made the whole appointment a blast. I left feeling like a million bucks and have gotten nonstop compliments since. If you’re looking for a flawless haircut, book with Kaitlyn at Finesse Salon – you won’t regret it!

I had been disappointed with my highlights that I got from Finesse due to them being a lot darker than I asked for. I left with brown hair when I wanted bright blonde. The manager, Calie, then emailed me and made things right. They were able to get me in to fix my hair and were so sweet about it. Lindsey did a phenomenal job and brought my vision to life exactly the way I had pictured it. I left with bright blonde hair like I had asked for and showed photos of. It was perfect. So impressed with their customer service! So thankful for them reaching out to me to correct the situation.I left so satisfied with the service.

Review as of 11/26/24 - Editing this review to give credit where it’s due. Finesse actually worked with me to come to a satisfying conclusion on this. I appreciate their willingness to talk with me and actually listen. I’m keeping the rest of the review for posterity’s sake. But major kudos for them being both accommodating and understanding. Thank you! Review as of 11/25/24 The people here are nice but the skills are lacking. I asked for a premium manicure which ended up not including the massage like what is listed on the website (or is pretty standard with this kind of service..),hardly any work on my cuticles, and basically no nail shaping. I had a specific style picked out, - I wanted my natural nails shaped to be more almondy, less square with gold tips, nude polish - and was told by the nail tech that she didn’t really know how to do what I asked for. Concerning, but whatever, I thought. I opted for just plain white shellac. It came out lumpy and chipped , with bits of polish literally hanging off my nail. Part of the polish fully ripped off the next day. I called to ask what could be done about this. I let them know that I’m not particularly interested in having my nails done here again since this was my first experience at this salon and there is no trust built. The only option given was to come back and have them do it again or take the polish off, which I don’t think I’m interested in after that experience. Also weird that I paid more here than what I used to pay in a big city, only to get a very substandard service.

I have been seeing Ava for about a year now. Every month I have gotten a facial from her to prepare for my wedding. Ava made sure every appointment was relaxing and comfortable as well as making sure the facial/products were based around what my skin needed each time! The last appointment I had with Ava consisted of a lash lift and I am blown away!!! It literally looks like I’m wearing mascara, and they look so natural! I will definitely continue to see Ava even after the wedding!!

I went to get my cut last week! Not only was it the best haircut I’ve ever gotten, but Grace made the experience an absolute blast! She’ll make you laugh…she’ll make you cry. But most importantly she treat ya like family. 10/10 would recommend grace is awesome and will go the extra mile to make sure you have a great cut and for a great experience!!

I went in for a color I booked at 5:30 with Brynn. She said she couldn’t do what I wanted with the time she had. I went in for an all over color and left with nothing. I do not recommend going to finesse because I wasn’t even helped with my hair. Would rather go anywhere else. The only way she would do my hair is if I came in two times and got charged double. That is such a rip off. Now I don’t have time to go anywhere else to get my hair done before the holidays.

Jill worked on my hair for an upcoming softball tournament. I am so incredibly happy with the experience I had. I will definitely be going back for future services as soon as I can. Thank you for the amazing braids. I can’t wait for our next hair appointment.

Grace, Daisy, and Brooke were SO GREAT! Had a spa day with my friend and they kept us so comfortable and did AMAZING work! 🩷🥂
