I visited Jonell for stubborn discomfort in my shoulders/neck area. The day prior to our first appointment, I injured my lumbar area of my back and arrived in pretty tough shape. I explained to Jonell this was my first 'medical' massage and I had little knowledge. She asked questions about the injuries and level of pain and we got to work. The beginning of the massage felt like she was exploring the different muscles and muscle groups throughout my body...not just at the pain site. She would find tender spots 1-2 feet away from the injury location and work on that for awhile. Having never experienced a targeted medical massage, I had minimal expectations as massaged were always viewed as a simple 'luxury' pampering. Jonell was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to chat with. As the massage wrapped up, she had used her hands, arms, vibration techniques, hot rocks and essential oils. As she left the room for me to redress, I was in genuine shock at how much more mobility I had and a marked reduction in pain in both my lumbar and shoulders. Her office is clean, warm, comfortable and very relaxing. I cannot wait to explore the benefits of Jonell's hard work regularly while I correct this issue and take care of my body for the future. Genuinely was a 10/10 experience.

So I was in quite a bit of pain this lastnight into the morning and was looking for a good massage therapist and I ended up coming across Fargo Massage Therapy. Well let me tell you i am not disappointed one bit not only did I find a good one I found the best! Her name is Jonell Weiser and she put the work in by the time I left there i felt like a total different person. The pain was gone and I could move around without all the discomfort. I know there is still alot that she will have to do to get me back at 100% but after meeting with her today I am totally confident that she will make it happen. She definitely knows what she is doing and I would recommend her to anyone that has pain and discomfort with there muscles or joints. I set my 2nd appointment up with her and can't wait to see how I feel after that one. Thanks you for the short notice and being able to get me in right away. I totally enjoyed my first treatment/massage with Jonell. She took the time to discuss my concerns with the pain I was having, and was very knowledgeable and thorough. The massage was wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. She explained what should happen with the pain and she was spot on! I was pain free just two days later, and so happy with my results. I will continue my self care with Jonell monthly and possibly more. Now that the pain is gone, we can concentrate on relaxation! I totally recommend Jonell for her professionalism and knowledge!

Fargo Massage Therapy Clinic was recommended to help with soreness and stiffness in my shoulders and neck after a fall. I noticed significant improvement after 4 Rossiter stretching sessions with Jonell. After a total of 6 sessions I'm back to better than 100% and able to maintain flexibility by doing a few stretches once a day at home. Oh, and did I mention it improved my golf game too?

OMG! Jonell changed my life. For years I was limited to less than 100 steps a day. It took one session with Jonell and I HIKED over a mile the NEXT DAY! I followed her protocol with follow up appointments and 4 months later I hiked 14+ miles through Zion’s canyon. Her intake is thorough, her knowledge of the body seriously impressive. She listened to my concerns and created a safe space for me to be willing to try 1 more thing. I had been using walkers and wheelchairs, now I hike all over the world. Jonell changed my entire life. I love going to see Jonell! She listens to your needs and does a great job of explaining what and why she is doing what she needs to do to give you the best care! I had never gotten a message before going to Jonell and boy was I missing out! I have noticed a huge relief in the tension between my shoulders and neck when I do a cupping treatment! My chiropractor even notes a difference in my adjustments after I get a massage and notes it’s much easier to adjust my neck and low back. Overall I have much less stress and anxiety in my life after a massage and feel like I have so much more energy/motivation. If you are looking to start 2020 of right I would definitely go see Jonell! She is fantastic at her craft and she will get you on the right track!

My massage was one of the best I have ever had (and I don't say that lightly)! Jonell is extremely educated in what she is doing, makes you feel comfortable, and has a heart of gold! I had the opportunity to have my shoulder worked on by Jonell - and I am grateful I did! The restriction of my mobility was creating lots of pain. This was problematic as my work requires my body to be able to physically perform daily - not to mention all the things I enjoy outside of my career scope.
