I had an absolutely awful experience at this family wellness parlor. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The staff was rude and made no effort to be friendly or helpful. I went in for a hair highlighting treatment, but they didn't do it properly at all. My hair color almost looked the same as before-nothing changed, and I'm really upset with the results. The hair color treatment was a disaster; they didn't do a proper root touch-up, and the color ended up uneven and far from what I had asked for. The haircut was even worse. It was clear the stylist lacked experience and didn't care about giving me a decent cut. It was also apparent that they prioritize their own country's customers over others, which was frustrating and disappointing. The overall atmosphere was cold, and the behavior of the staff was rough and unprofessional. I won't be coming back, and I don't recommend it to anyone looking for a quality experience.🤢🤢🤢🤮

My Family and I have been regular customer since past few years. It has always been a pleasant experience getting services here. My kids love the warmth that Naz and her staff provides. Naz always suggests the best hair services and her staff gives you the best overall experiences with all other services. My husband has never colored his hair at home thanks to Family Hair salon.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly glamorous transformation at “Family Hair Salon & Wellness Spa” for My “Baby Shower” occasion 😊 and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the end results. The makeup lasted throughout the day without any need for touch-ups. The way they draped my Saree is highly commendable, as I am not one of the regular Saree wearers, So keeping on the Saree entire time without any uncomfortableness is really a Miracle for me which wouldn’t have been possible without them.. Overall, my experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this beauty parlour for anyone looking for a personalized glamorous makeup experience.

The customer service is excellent. Wonderful employees. Great experiences each and every time I come in. Amazing service they offer. Naz is the BEST EVER! She is fantastic. Ask for Naz when you come to support them. You won’t need disappointed at all. Very Good at what they do.

This place needs to be shut down. The wax room is unhygienic and technicians don’t know what they are doing. I came in for a Brazilian before vacation. My labia was pulled and tore an inch. I had to go to the hospital to get stitches because the laceration was large enough that it would not shut on its own. My vacation is ruined. There were many red flags, but I wanted to trust that they knew what they were doing. The lady didn’t seem to understand me, when I repeated multiple times what I had made my appointment for and what I was asking for. She didn’t wear gloves and she got wax everywhere. She proceeded to use the stick used for legs on my vagina, trying to remove all of the hair off of one lip at once. When she tore my skin an inch open - she said it was a small tear, put different creams on it that caused it to burn, and told me to stop crying. I’ve had multiple Brazilians in the past and it was clear that this was not a trained technician. This place needs to be stopped.

I've been here twice for haircuts. Both times have had good experiences. This is a discount haircut place and I don't expect much more. The hairdressers have their licenses prominently displayed. I wish my chair was cleaner before I sat down. At 9 bucks a haircut, you can't beat it.
