Sara was fabulous! She is so sweet and easy to talk to. She gives an amazing head massage and she did a great hair color and cut. So happy I found her. 5 stars!

Terese was incredible. Such an intentional massage with a talented massage therapist. We did muscle work and energy work. I left feeling rejuvenated and clear. Terese is a guru And a ninja and wizard. Will be visiting monthly for that 80min Swedish. I bought my husband a massage on the way out.

I booked their 90 minute Custom Luxurious Facial with neck and hand massage for my daughter-in-law for Mother's Day. For myself, I booked their 80 minute massage. My therapist, Terese was awesome! My low rating is because everything else was a disaster. This is NO spa, it is simply a business that offers various services. Upon our arrival it was like walking into a Great Clips atmosphere; there were 2 ladies behind the desk, both engrossed in booking another guest's appointments. We stood there for 5 minutes, no acknowledgement of our arrival; we finally sat down and still waited. What sets a SPA apart from just being a business, is the calm relaxing tranquility provided from the moment you enter along with great services. There was nothing calm or tranquil about this place. After we left, my daughter-in-law said her 60 minute facial was nice. What happened to the custom luxurious 90 minute facial I paid for, it was only 60 minutes? None of the staff said anything to me, and still charged me for the 90 minutes, plus I had left them a good tip, not knowing I didn't get what I had paid for. If this was a spa, the prices would okay, it's no spa therefore the prices are way to expensive. The reason I'm writing this bad review is the Luxurious Custom Facial was to be a surprise and treat for my amazing daughter-in-law. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the privilege of getting a massage from Terese and it was incredibly healing. I highly recommend her, her expertise, and this spa!

I am new to the area and a member of the attached athletic club so thought I would try them out for a pedicure. I paid upfront when booking as requested for the $70 1.5hr pedicure. I actually received a 45min pedicure with a polish color I didn’t like. (I think she swapped them unknowingly and Okay, my fault for not having her change it.) The girl was very nice and talkative. When I went to check out I asked for the 10% discount they advertised for club members but was told she would have to ask her manager and call me back. When I offered to use that toward the tip (which I still felt obligated to pay) she said, “no, you still need to pay the tip separately”. So I did. Then, as I was driving home a bit perturbed, I realized that she never scrubbed my feet or filed the heels or rough areas with pumice or anything!! I called them and explained my concerns and was told that the girl most likely did do the whole pedicure (ie that I was wrong) that I paid for even though she finished in half the time. But they would have to verify it with her and conveniently she had already left. They assured me they would talk to her and get right back to me. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK! It’s been over 6weeks and NO response. The absolute worst customer service from ANY “spa” I’ve ever been to. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!!! Since then I have found The Spa Lounge in Draper is amazing!!

My husband bought me and my daughter what was supposed to be a dream day at the spa. We were suppose to get our hair cut and colored. A mani/pedi. And a 50 minute massage. First off they completely messed up my hair. They didn't cut it right. And the stylist completely ruined my hair. I showed her what I wanted. And wasn't close. After that train wreck. They denied our manicure and barely painted my toe nails. My toes looked like my 2 year old grand daughter did it. I was so mad and upset I left early. I couldn't stand or want to deal with these guys anymore. I didn't do the massage. I asked for a refund and they said no because services we done and completed. My husband paid for me to go somewhere else to fix my hair. These guys messed up bad. I will never go back or recommend to anyone. They ruined my mother's day present.

I have been going to sara for about 7 years now. She does an amazing job every time. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful, clean, calming environment. Terese (massage therapist) is absolutely amazing. She truly knows how to connect with a person to help address the root issues.
