Faces Spa

I booked a Pampering Spa Package for my birthday on March 19th. Unfortunately, it snowstormed that day. I called Faces and they were very accommodating and rescheduled my package to the following Wednesday. Unfortunately, I messed up and put the wrong time on my calendar for Wednesday, and ended up showing up a few hours late. Faces attempted to contact me but they had the wrong phone number and could only email me, which I didn't see until I was already late. Despite all that, Faces was very gracious and worked with me to get half of my treatments done on Wednesday, and the rest done on Sunday. I greatly appreciated their understanding and grace. The Pampering Spa Package includes 5 treatments: vit c facial, Mani Pedi, hot stone massage, and full body exfoliation. It also included a lunch of turkey salad sandwich, water, potato chips, and a chocolate chip cookie, which I was served during my pedicure. The 3 treatments I got on Wednesday was my facial and Mani Pedi. My facial was done by Angela. She explained the type of facial I was getting, Vit C facial, and explained that the Vit C serum could make my skin tingle and to tell her if anything was uncomfortable. A big plus was I never had too much steam blowing in my face; all around the facial was relaxing and soothing and my face felt moisturized and smooth the rest of the day. My nail artist was Geri, she did my Mani Pedi. I did normal polish on my feet and gel polish on my hands. I clarified with Geri that Faces doesn't do nail extensions or dip powder. Geri did an excellent job on the mani pedi and we exchanged stories about our cats. My last 2 treatments on Sunday were the full body exfoliation and hot stone massage. Tonneca did both of my treatments. She was excellent at explaining the details of both procedures, letting me smell the body exfoliant and clarifying that I'm okay with the hot stones. The full body exfoliation was kinda intense, cause it was exfoliation. It was like a scratchy massage lol. Afterwards Tonneca led me to the shower and I rinsed off all the exfoliant, and my skin was silky smooth and moisturized! We then went upstairs to do the hot stone massage. Because of timing I ended up getting a 120 minute massage and it was LOVELY. Tonneca would massage one part of my body and then massage with the hot stones and they were just the right temperature to relax me and soothe my muscles. Only once was a stone too hot and Tonneca immediately noticed my involuntary flinch and she removed the stone and let it cool down. I almost fell asleep at several points, it was that relaxing. Overall I am EXTREMELY happy with Faces Spa. I am thankful they worked with me to reschedule twice, and each treatment felt luxurious and soothing. I am definitely coming back for more treatments in the future!

Darrian gives one hell of a deep tissue massage! She is thorough in her assessment of specific aches and pains, checks in frequently throughout the massage, and adapts based on feedback. Darrian’s energy is bright and light, which is perfect for fostering relaxation and healing. Can’t wait to go back!

I always have such a fantastic experience at Faces! Jennifer is so kind and knowledgeable and takes such good care of her clients. She really knows how to target the issues, pain, or tension you might be having and help ease your muscles into relief!

We had a great experience at Faces for a couples massage. We booked about 2 weeks in advance and they squeezed us in. Our LMTs were amazing!! Magic hands!

Makelti is the best masseuse I've ever gone to! She provides the perfect balance between a therapeutic and relaxing experience. Highly recommend.

My facial with Lauren was top notch. Everything just kept getting better and better. So relaxing and much more than I really expected.

Kelly is absolutely amazing and is a miracle worker! I have been going to her consistently (every 3-4 weeks) for over 5 years now at Faces for massages. I will never go to anyone else as she has done wonders for my headaches, muscle tension, and overall stress. I book her out yearly to never have to miss a massage. She is truly the BEST and is a genuinely wonderful person overall as well!

I scheduled a regular massage and when I got in there, the massage lady, Kelly, asked if I like soft or hard pressure. I told her I like harder pressure. The massage was decent. Definitely not hard pressure. Then when I went to check out, they told me that she charged me for a deep tissue massage instead of a regular one. In comparison to deep tissue massages I’ve gotten in the past at other facilities , it felt like I got tickled for an hour. She wasn’t up front about the upcharges. I don’t know if this is an upcharge tactic that Kelly uses or the entire facility but I was pretty disappointed and wouldn’t recommend for a massage. Editing review after owner posted to add that I was so confused when I checked out that I did leave a tip but afterward when I realized what she had done I realized I should have applied the tip to the up charge instead. No one from this company reached out to me. Definitely do not recommend.
