I had part of my bachelorette party here a week ago and it was a blast. First, the team at Face Foundrie had extra people come in to handle all 7 of us. It was great to know we could all get in, even though we had to go in two rounds. That worked out well because half of us could relax and talk while the other half had their facials. Everyone enjoyed their facials greatly. We tried all of the signature facials and everyone added a great head massage. What was a nice surprise were the little gift bags they had set out for us with samples, along with a tray of La Croix, nuts, and chocolates. As the host, I even got a gift card at the end! My skin, in particular, looked amazing a week later (I had the Foundrie Glow) with significantly less redness and breakouts. I would highly recommend throwing a face party here, it was an amazing way to kick off a celebration.

First time to this Face Foundrié location. It’s a cute space that resembles the other franchises. I had a Hydrafacial and overall was pleased. Took one star off since I’ve had one before and felt the execution & service could have been a bit better. Will return to try another facial.

Today was my second experience at Face Foundrie in Woodbury and both times were beyond wonderful. Kaitlyn is so kind and does an incredible job making my brows and skin look and feel it’s best! I didn’t have a great brow experience but was pleased with management’s response to it. I appreciate a company who really cares about customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find these days. It sounds like they are taking my feedback and actively helping the brow technician to be better! They also refunded my money, which was wonderful! They have a great customer satisfaction policy. Considering this place has many great reviews, I would still recommend this place to a friend, especially knowing they take training their staff very seriously.
