My sister got me a gift card for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately I would not recommend going here for a lash lift and tint. My sitter was just as upset for me. I reached out three times about my service outcome and never heard from this location. My sister loves her experience at the north loop location. This was prior to my vacation so I was sad over my lashes and my sister heard about it every day! Haha. My younger sister wanted to get a facial done but now is scared since it’s her face! Don’t want error there! But the atmosphere was so calming and the lash technician was super sweet. Sadly it did not work out for me.

I had my first sculpt facial today with Chloe, she did an amazing job! It was very relaxing, she gave an amazing scalp massage, and my skin feels so good!

Presley absolutely KILLED my lash lift and tint!! She was so professional and sweet. I could not recommend her more! This was my first experience at Face Foundriè and it will not be my last :) Thank you for giving my lashes life! I included a before and after of my lashes to show how amazing she did!

I have always loved going to any Face Foundrie location. Apple valley is no exception and I think all members of their staff are absolutely fantastic. I couldn't be happier with my face at the moment, and I always think they take great care of my skin. Most recently I had the pleasure of having Lauren as my Esti, she is absolutely amazing, and I cant wait to book another appointment with her again.

Eloise was so good. She made me relax and described me what she was doing. I choose the sculpt facial and I didn’t know how 40 mins was gone. Definately recommend this place for facials.

I came here for a lash lift and tint. I have had this before at the north loop location. There were notes on exactly what was done and I loved my lashes from North loop. The staff member at AV was very sweet but is newer, so I do give some grace with that, but my right eyelashes fell shortly after/ were kinked on the top and lopsided as though not much was even done on my right eye. I did not put any water or pressure on my eyes before I noticed this. Management was not willing to rectify the situation. Understandable that it cannot be redone in the near future due to the health of my lashes, but the vibe on the phone I gathered was a *well that sucks but we don't care* and suggested I use a lash curler to fix it lol. Edit management gave me a refund and a free lash lift and tint. The lift was not dramatic enough but other than that it was good.

I get monthly facials here and I would 100% recommend trying it out! The staff is so helpful and welcoming and the facials are sooooo relaxing. If you are looking to get an amazing facial along with the best head/shoulder/face massage you will ever experience I would recommend seeing Presley. She is the best!
