Amazing experience!! First I’ll start by saying the spa is beautiful. Very modern and esthetically pleasing. I received a very relaxing yet effective facial from Matisse. She is extremely knowledgeable about products and skin in general. I left with a fresh glow and was fully educated on home care. Looking forward to my next visit in a couple of weeks.

Matisse and her staff are PHENOMENAL. I have been coming here since 2021 for facials and and have also gotten my lashes done here. It's the cutest place with the kindest and most professional staff. I recommend this place to everyone in the twin cities!!

Atmosphere: Great! Well lit and welcoming space upon walking in, and the treatment rooms have appropriately dimmed lighting for relaxing facials, etc. There is ample parking. They provide sanitized slides to swap for your outside shoes, which makes it feel even cleaner in there (especially in MN winters). Offer complimentary beverages.
Service: Excellent! I booked a 60 minute customized facial + dermaplaning with Akilah. It was SO relaxing between the aroma, facial massage, hand massage, arm massage, masks, etc., but also felt like it was ‘productive’ in correcting skin concerns. My skin felt fantastic immediately upon leaving and later on. I appreciated how Akilah offered gentle advice to combat some of my skin concerns but also found things to compliment about my skin. She was not pushy to purchase products either. I’d recommend!

Perfect historical place it is a must see and must read for history buffs I highly recommend checking it out and going to taking some pictures of your own and to teach your kids and family members and friends about the historical significance of uptown on Lake Street

I love it here. I haven’t had a bad service here yet! Destiny is the only person I’ve worked with so far and she’s great! For someone who have allergies and sensitive skin, I haven’t had any breakouts from services here. The staff is very friendly and the establishment is very clean! From The sanitized comfy shoes to the bathroom, all clean and neat!

I went in for a basic facial since it was my first time here. I just needed a simple facial as a treat for myself for my birthday! It was quick and WONDERFUL. Filly did such a great job & great tips and recommendations! The environment was such a vibe. They had great music playing (bias because they played pretty much everything I have on my current playlists) it was such a cute little spot I’ll definitely be returning!
