My bff and I came from Memphis to have our first head spa experience. Caitlin and Brianna explained the process and it was very peaceful. The massage chairs were a bit too intense for us on the arms, but we both just moved our arms out of the mechanical massage area for an easy fix. We both would have preferred more of a stronger shoulder/neck massage from the team but it still felt fine. We both LOVED all the tools they used on our scalp! I forgot all of the scalp benefits and different products used - I just really loved the head massage portion. Afterwards they provided hot tea, a chocolate and hairdryers for each of us to use. That’s a great bonus as I’ve read other places charge for drying services afterwards. We had a great first experience and if we’re ever back in Nashville again we’ll definitely make another appointment.

Everything was absolutely perfect! My husband booked this for my birthday as a surprise and everyone involved was so attentive and friendly. Felt extremely relaxed and happy! Would definitely recommend. They even gave me my favorite flowers as a gift in the end. If you have the chance, treat yourself with this!

Really loved this place. Everyone there seems to really be focused on delivering an amazing spa treatment. The entire vibe feels like it’s just there for you. I’ve seen spa’s before and this is one of most luxurious I’ve ever been to. All of the equipment was clean and modern, the staff was professional but friendly. The ambiance was just so relaxing as well. When you really deserve to spoil yourself, this is the place to do it!
