I’ve been seeing Jessica for well over a year now and she doesn’t disappoint!! She’s been the only stylist able to get me to such a light blonde without damaging my hair. She’s also really good about education and teaching me how to maintain it (curled pictures are her work, the straight hair is after a hair mask she recommended for color - silver/platinum is so high maintenance but I know what I signed up for haha). She’s also been very understanding and flexible if I did have any issues with my hair (and I’m PICKY) which I appreciate! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else - her services are great, her prices are fair, and the results are what I asked for! :)

I chose to give a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating as the services I received this visit and in the past have been worthy of that rating. Having been to Escape Salon and Spa several times for massages and now a facial. I like that the front desk people are pleasant and have always taken the time to locate my archived gift certificates. The massage techs, as well as the aesthetician, explain what they will be doing and ask if any areas are more sensitive or in need of attention. I've appreciated my experiences at your spa.

This spa is a scam, and very unprofessional the receptionist called to confirm an appointment and when I asked to reschedule said that was fine and the spa would see me then. Within less 15min I see that my debit card had been ran for $25.00 and when I call the spa to ask why has my card been ran without authorization the girl says because I missed my appt and hungs up. Do not do business with this place. A business is not supposed to run a clients debit card without informing the client. When I called back they do not want to answer the phone
