Ericka was amazing! She was so professional and thorough explaining the procedure. She took her time in making sure we were comfortable and took good care of us. Went in for the Head Spa Treatment and I also trimmed my bangs. The Head Spa was so relaxing and I can’t wait to come back. Try it and you won’t regret it!

Erika did not show up for our appointment. The salon was completely closed when I arrived. I rang the doorbell a few times and called her twice to no avail. I sent her a text after a few minutes and left when there was no response. She called me 15 minutes after the appointment time to say “something came up” and she can’t make it. It would have been nice if she had informed me before I made the trip. She asked to reschedule which I didn’t. Very unprofessional and would not visit again.
