Love getting all my massages here! All the massage therapists are great and attentive to detail. I have had a great experience every time. One of my favorite things to add on to my trip to Emerald is the red light therapy. They make everything great by how welcoming and friendly they are! Highly recommend getting a massage and then red light right after!

This is my 2nd massage with Natalie and she is the absolute best! She is very experienced and an expert in her field. Since I have been going to her my headaches and neck/shoulder pain have improved immensely. I always leave feeling Relaxed and refreshed. She really is a life-saver. 6 stars!

The staff are very nice and the atmosphere is cozy. My targeted hot stone massage by Janette remained focused on where my pain and tension was and my ROM was much better upon leaving.

I had a signature massage with Jannet several days ago and my pain is still well managed. She used a good combination of stretching and massage for great pain relief. They were also able to take me at somewhat last minute on a Friday night which was amazing. The facility is clean and well kept. Would recommend

Had a relaxing spa day with my mom and sister in law. They were extremely helpful and answered all our questions throughout the whole process with our group of three. I had a Alisha, who was amazing, very attentive to what I was looking for and even offered advice after to help me with my areas of concern. The only suggestion I would have for them is that they call if the therapist scheduled for a client changes. One of our scheduled therapists was different, it was not a concern for us but I can see how this maybe offsetting to some.

My family and I went 13 years without visiting. They came to PA from Canada, and we came from NC. I have never had a massage, however, this place was AMAZING!!! Complimentary flavored water, regular water, coffee, etc. They accommodate to your needs, and focuses of what part your body needs most work on. 10/10 recommend this spa! Hannah was absolutely amazing!

I used to love coming here. Since COVID the spa has changed a lot. They can not keep staff at all. I don't know if people use this spa as a starting point or what. This last time was by far the WORST experience I have had. My masseuse was horrible. She was sick for one, and now I am sick as well, because was breathing all over me. She was very unprofessional and not the type of employee I have come to expect from Emerald Spring. I think I will be finding a new spa to frequent from here on out.
