I had an incredible massage experience at Elite with Josie! She was very friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. She really focused on my areas of tension (neck and shoulder px) and provided amazing deep tissue work that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I could tell she has an amazing understanding of the body and how to relieve pain effectively. I highly recommend Josie to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive massage therapist!

Taylor was the best ever! She is amazing at her job and she’s kind and caring on top of that. I can’t recommend her enough at the Moorhead location. Please go see her if you need the most relaxing massage of your life!

***EDIT*** Elite did reach out and offered a replacement massage, I did instead ask for a refund for my portion of the massage as I was not interested in another massage and I had credit back within a few days. Very pleased with their response in a timely manner. First timer here and overall just really disappointed with the turn out and cost for what was expected/what was received. Being a first timer to this whole massage thing I was unsure exactly what this processed looked like but my fiancé and I showed up early assuming this would give us time to fill out the paperwork required, use the rest room, and get brought to a room to get situated before our 60 minute appointment would start - we did not get taken back to our room until the exact appointment which would not have been a big deal assuming the general consult with the therapists and time for getting undressed, etc. was not included in “60 minute” massage, which unfortunately it was therefore we really only received probably about a 45 minute massage. After getting situated and the therapists returned to the room, my fiancés massage started right away whereas my massage therapist said she needed to go warm up towels – this stuck out to me because this is another thing I would have thought would have been done before the appointment and there was even a towel warmer in the room itself. Again, not a big deal but the woman was out for probably nearing 4 minutes which is a lot of time when you think about already being down 15 minutes into a 60 minute massage due to the general discussion/time to get undressed. As a part of the deluxe package I purchased, I got hot towels but I personally feel they took away from the experience as they were just laid on back and then abruptly taken off which was less than relaxing – my whole body turned cold and that’s all I could think about until my body finally neutralized and untensed itself (this happened two separate times). She rubbed one of my shoulders for probably a solid 15 minutes - not in a relaxing way but in a way a massage therapist was trying to massage an athlete who is recovering from an injury and this was the first time in the massage where I told her it hurt. She apologized and moved on but this did happen two other times during the duration of the appointment. The massage therapist did not have her hair pulled back and it was very uncomfortable for me to feel her hair on my body while being rubbed – it was also uncomfortable for me how all I could hear was the heavy breathing from the therapist. For context: there was music playing, the breathing of the therapist was prominent over the music. All and all I am happy to report that my fiancé had a positive experience but I am very sad to have had the experience I had only to leave more stiff then I walked in with and $220.00 less in my bank account.

I like to keep business in Moorhead so I decided to try elite therapeutic massage in Moorhead and I had a great experience. Shania listen to me as I was looking for strong pressure during the massage and I tried hot stones and cold stones. I definitely recommend and I will be back!

Tyra is amazing. I went in with my daughter and we both left very happy with the care and professionalism they showed us.I felt relaxed and comfortable with them. Half way in I knew that I would definitely booking with Tyra again!

I tried a massage for the first time with Elite and it was great! Taylor was my massage therapist and she walked me through everything, as I am new to this, and made the experience so relaxing. Definitely plan on going back!

Shania at the Moorhead location is a godsend for me. Her deep tissue is a must. She checks in to make sure the pressure is right, and she doesn’t talk which is a must for my relaxation. As a hairstylist it’s much needed!! I highly recommend her 💜

Elite Massage is my new Happy Place. Tyra is amazing at what she does. I appreciate the care she gave me and the print out of suggested exercises to do in between appointments.
