If you’re looking for a new spa in the delco area, do NOT hesitate to come here. I had a couples massage today with my fiancé and we felt like we were walking on air as we came out. Nadirah and Kate were amazing. I really enjoyed the hot towels, and dark relaxing atmosphere in the room - compared to other massage places around here. We will definitely be back!!!! Thanks so much! :)

Brian always does an amazing job trying to work out my muscles and knots. The atmosphere is great. The building is clean. It feels homey and welcoming. I’m grateful for Elements Spa and would recommend 100%!!!

The amount of money I have spent on other types of care should be illegal. All I had to do was find Dale at Elements. So grateful. Also, 5 stars for the Farmfresh product line and Bio Hemp ftw.

Unfortunately I did not have a good massage experience with Wendy. She did a fair job on my back and shoulders, but she did not focus on any other area which is disappointing given I had booked a 60 minutes full body massage. I had booked an additional 15 minutes foot reflexology. Despite booking 75 minutes of experience, my massage last only for 65 minutes. She did not do a good job with foot reflexology either.

Wonderful spa tucked away off route 252 in Media. Lisa gives an amazing facial and really provides a calming, rejuvenating experience and I come out at the end with glowing, happy skin!

My mother was ten minutes late to an appointment I scheduled as her Christmas gift and we were notified that the grace period was only 5 minutes and they were unwilling to cooperate with us because we didn’t call. This was our first time booking and we were unfamiliar with the policy. The masseuse, Nadirah, was very rude. I explained the situation and there was no professional courtesy or invitation to reschedule. She simply said no and turned and walked away from myself and my mother. Extremely disappointing and ruined our evening after we fought through traffic in 30 degree weather and the rain. Never booking here again.

This place is amazing!!! My friend and I both celebrated our birthdays here this past May. (So yes, we came TWICE... And this place is an hour drive from where we live 👀) The body scrub, facial and massages were all worth every penny! Plus, we took advantage of the Daycation special. (If you are there for just a day & plan to eat or buy spa merch, you definitely want to purchase this special.) Checking in and out was a pleasant experience, all thanks to Kathy and Jen! 😍😍 They are beautiful people who made us feel welcomed. They were patient and kind to us. They were also knowledgeable about the products the spa sells. (The grey robe and Lalicious Peachy Keen 🍑 are a must!) Kathy even recommended some food and drink items (Butterfly pea margarita, salads and burgers) from the restaurant upstairs (Kites). The food from Kites was truly amazing! I really liked the penne, BBQ wings and spinach 🤤🤤🤤 Kathy's recommendations did not disappoint either. My friend enjoyed the margarita, wedge salad and burger! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🥳🥳

I love this Spa. They just recently moved and the new place is beautiful. Their massage room is nice and relaxing. Their massage therapists are great at what they do and they listen to what you want. And what I love the most is their heated bed thing. It is like heaven getting a massage in the winter. Overall would definitely recommend. I’ve been coming to the place regularly for at least 2 years now and I have no plan to stop.
