I recently had a massage at Elements Salon and Wellness Spa, and I just have to share my incredible experience with Sparrow. It was truly life-changing. I can’t thank her enough for what she did. Without me even mentioning my problem areas, she intuitively found all my points of pain. I deal with a lot of scar tissue in my chest and a very tight back, and she worked miracles.
Sparrow is visually impaired, and I have to say, her sense of touch is absolutely unmatched. She has a gift. I joked with her afterward, saying it’s probably a good thing I don’t live nearby because I’d spend all my money on her massages. That’s how amazing she is.
Her work has real health benefits, and I’m already planning to make this a ritual every six months to a year. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who can truly help you, Sparrow is the one. Thank you again, Sparrow—you’ve made a lifelong fan out of me!

I was given a gift card for this place on Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised by all the different services they provide and at reasonable prices. Everyone was so polite, welcoming, and educational. The environment was clean and relaxing. I had a massage, facial, and gel manicure done (not all done in one day). Booking appointments were easily done online but can also be on the phone. Without this gift card I probably would not have come on my own in the first place but I will be continuing to come here because of how much I loved it!

My manicure was fine. The girl did a decent job however she never softened my cuticles. She never gave me a hand massage. And when she began she advised me that there would be an additional $10 charge for removing my gel! Ridiculous. I won’t be returning.

I’m so upset. I showed up at the salon for my appointment last week and was told my stylist was out sick, I guess there wasn’t enough time to notify me. I reluctantly agreed to see another stylist and I greatly regret it. I don’t want to out the stylist by name that did my hair but I am just sick to my stomach with how my hair turned out. I have spent the last four years growing out my hair which is a blend of gray and my natural color of dark blonde. I bit the bullet and asked for it to be dyed blonde. Well, as soon as the color was washed out and I sat back in the chair, my hair was bright, brassy red! The stylist kept telling me to give it some time and offered about 10 times to highlight over it if I wanted. I wasn’t going to pay for a highlight on top of the $80 I paid for a bad color job. I have spent the last week trying to get the bright red out with purple and blue shampoos, with no luck. I wish I would have known it would turn red or I would have never done it. I am not a confrontational person, so I didn’t want to complain and request it to be fixed, but I have been in near tears all week. I will now need to dye over it or try to get a color reversal.

Zonya is amazing! I’ve only been going to her for about a year and she does amazing highlights and hair cuts! Very personable! Would highly recommend!
