I don't think anyone's ready for a massage like this. It's been 3 days, i still feel the massage. I have enrolled myself to be a member not only because the massage had me melt and was outstanding the price is crazy low.( I'm not saying change it) I can actually afford it. This is a warning to people that love a good massage and first timers. Be prepared to come back and have patience you're definitely in good hands. Thank you guys for making my first experience unforgettable..see you soon

Elements Massage always offers wonderful massage spaces that are warm, welcoming, and relaxing. The Warr Acres location is no different. The massage therapist I saw, Memori, was fantastic and really helped loosen and release the knots and tension in my muscles. She was so lovely during the whole session and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I always get the hot stones add-on and it’s worth it every time. The room itself has a really soothing ambiance with dim lighting, quiet instrumental music, and a temperature that always feels just right to me. I feel like the prices are decent for what you receive and the training the massage therapists go through to work there. Highly recommend going at least once a year, though more is definitely better! Your body will thank you, just make sure to drink plenty of water afterwards and soak in a hot bath that night.

I have never walked out of a massage early and today was the day. Front desk was not there when i came in. Didn’t feel warm or relaxing upon arrival. After getting undressed I waited for almost 10 minutes. She started with my legs and was hopping around and it was very unpredictable and not therapeutic. I was uncomfortable and not relaxed therefore I asked her to end it early. She was kind. I told the front desk it was uncomfortable but I can pay for my session because I had booked the session. He said he would charge me for the 30 minutes. I have used elements in different states and have had pleasant experiences but this was not that for me.

DID MY FEET FIRST THEN DID THE REST OF MY BODY WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS! 🦶🤢 Any massage I’ve gotten they’ve either started at the top & did feet last or had a different person do the feet. For hygiene reasons this is concerning. Wasn’t therapeutic at all. Usually I am able to fall asleep or almost fall asleep during massages. I was awake the entire time & on edge. She was rough & the table would shake so much. It felt like she was in a hurry even though we had an hour. Massaged both sides of my neck at the same time. So you can imagine if it already feels rough that massaging my neck felt more like I was about to be strangled. Also shouldn’t be putting that much pressure on both sides of the carotid artery. She kept coughing which is one thing but with both hands on my back? That would mean you’re coughing into the air. I would’ve rather she excused herself, got a sip of water, then came back. But no, she just kept coughing the entire session & apologizing. Not worth the membership price or the full price.

Taylor is awesome! She did an amazing job at hearing me out, she gave me both a relaxing and providing some deep tissue pressure. Would absolutely recommend her!

Fantastic massage and they offer a membership discount that cost you a one massage purchase a month that is discounted I will certainly be back I did a 90 ‘min massage and worth every dollar

Easy to book on the site and find a time that works for me. Receptionist is friendly and all my experiences have been positive. Taylor is an amazing massage therapist and was able to locate painful spots that others did not find/work on in the past. Feeling so much better since starting to see her. Really appreciate her skill!
