Elements Massage

Going to Message Elements was a was a very good experience! The staff were very helpful and Regina gives great messages! She has a good touch and great techniques!

Really nice people there! My massage person was friendly and thorough on all of my worst muscle areas. I felt confident in her ability and I feel so good afterward. I am hoping to come back again soon!

Worst experience ever. Couldn't even get an appointment scheduled! I was told I needed a medical release form in order to schedule my appointment. I went and got the medical release information only for them to turn around and book over my appointment! I've had a massage from here before and didn't have any issues before. They couldn't get me to go back after my most recent experience!

I scheduled a 90 min massage as a rare treat for myself after the insanity of the holidays. Despite confirming the appointment and receiving a “get ready to relax and recharge” text message, my appointment was canceled one day in advance without little to no apology. Apparently my therapist “called off” a day in advance. I understand that things happen and people get sick or schedules change, but every effort should be made on the business’s side to accomodate confirmed appointments. If they can’t be accommodated, a sincere apology to a paying customer along with options for solutions or rescheduling would go a long way. None of that was offered outside of a canned “sorry for any inconvenience” in an email that instructed me to rebook online myself. If I canceled my own appointment a day in advance, I’m sure I would have been charged a fee, but apparently this business can cancel at will and then not even answer the phone when customers call to see what their options are. When they finally deigned to call me back, the only solution offered was for an appointment significantly shorter than the one originally scheduled. I was hoping to begin a monthly subscription after this appointment, but I am so disappointed by the abrupt cancellation and subpar customer service that I have booked with a more reputable spa and will not be attempting to give Elements my business in the future. Do better.

I love my therapist, Alecia, but I am disappointed that they are not allowed to have any contact with you other than in house. This is very much a relationship based service once you find the right masseuse for you. In my opinion, the biggest drawback.

Everything was great about this experience from the front desk staff to the massage. Everyone was so kind. As a mother of three this was exactly what I needed and will be back!

My wife was looking forward to her massage she booked weeks in advance just to be cancelled a day before. Clay “called off” a day in advance. No apology given. “Regina can squeeze you in.” Sure thing. Booked elsewhere and won’t be back. Piss poor.

First time at Elements was about a month ago. I had Dominic. I really like the heated pad you're laying on while being massaged, it was really relaxing. He checked pressure throughout the message, and was professional. Very good overall, it was a really relaxing experience. Next time I treat myself I will go to Elements.
