Shannon is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I had colonics with her and she immediately puts you at ease with her knowledge and energy. She's a gem! Love the A.R.E. for so many reasons but the people really make this place come to life. Thanks to all the staff who are warm and welcoming!

Lovely FREE presentation by well known author, Susan Barnes at their 3:30 pm lecture. She discussed Edgar Cayce and psych development.
Only 12 people there for an author who has written 11 books on mediumship and psychic development. We got to ask a lot of questions but they ran us out at 5 pm because they were closing.
Definitely going back for the free lecture.

We went through the visitor center, sat on the top floor in the meditation room with the view of the sea and some amazing large crystals, peeked in on the library on the second floor add then walked through the zen meditation garden, and walked the Labyrinth afterward. I joined as a member and then booked a massage for the following day, which was so good for me.

this is probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I got to sit in an alphasphere for 30 minutes and then I had a massage from SVEN and she was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place and I’ll be back very soon. ☺️

I came here for a BizConnect Friday Member Meetup today and was really impressed with the space. The cottage which was originally built in 1931 has undergone massive renovation and is beautiful on the inside. This is where the spa is located and I can’t wait to come back and check it out! The views out to the Atlantic Ocean are beautiful as well.

So much to love about this health center! Visited twice in a 2 week span and I had a consistent experience. Massage and chiropractic experience was very relaxing and helped with some upper back pain that I had been experiencing. The front desk was very helpful.
What I could have lived without the “customer service” in the library/bookstore. Felt like more of an inconvenience to staff/volunteers.
