I had a haircut and partial balayage done with Vivi and she did an excellent job! She explained the plan in the beginning to make sure we were on the same page, and she was able to execute it perfectly! She really took her time to make sure it was top notch and that I loved it! I was also asked if I wanted water, coffee, or tea! Such a welcoming and professional place. Thank you Vivi for everything 😊

Even though this salon is 45 minutes from my home, Eden Organics is the BEST Salon in New Jersey, at my age, I have been to many salons in New Jersey, Florida, and abroad, and there is no comparison. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. the prices are reasonable and most of all the products are organic, there is never a horrible toxic smell and it is very calming. They offer many services including massages and facials. I will be making an appointment for both in October. I imagine having a massage and facial at this salon is like a mini getaway.

I’ve been having deep tissue massages there for so many years. I had a bad experience ONE TIME with ONE THERAPIST. I voiced my concerns and instead of dealing with the issue with the therapist, they told me to go elsewhere!!! I was stunned after going there for over 10 years. They don’t care about their customers! TERRIBLE BUSINESS! In response to the business owners who finally responded: The reason this review shows over a year ago is bc it took them that long to finally address my concerns! I left several requests to speak to someone. I was told over and over excuses. The owners were away, someone would get back to me …nothing ever happened. I was shocked when I was scheduling and asked for a different therapist only to say I needed to find another massage therapy clinic after not one single discussion about the issue. I have medical conditions which require deep tissue. This previous therapist of theirs not only rushed through the entire appointment, they did not speak, barely used any pressure, and simply walked out not to be seen, it was very uncomfortable and awkward. This response from “owners” shows how much they “care” about their customers.

Everyone I interacted with at Eden Organics in Allentown were just amazing! Vivian cut and styled my hair, I've never been so excited about a haircut! I'm so happy with it and had a wonderful experience. They're friendly, down to earth and really make you feel welcome. Will definitely be back. Thank you Vivian! You're amazing! I've been getting compliments all day today at work.

this place is amazing, everyone is so lovely, my stylist Mikayla was so nice and did such a good job on my hair. the other stylists were amazing and so friendly and the owner eric was great such good customer service. 10/10 recommend. and the place itself is beautiful

Just had a massage here loved this place!! So friendly! I walked in by accident I made an appointment with another eden spa in like pa 5 hours away. I don’t know how I did that 😂. Anyway they got me right in anyway and I got a 90 minute massage. It was super clean, very relaxed atmosphere. The masseuse was awesome she actually made me fall asleep and I never usually do in a massage session. They also offer hair styling, waxing, etc. The receptionist was sooooo nice and sweet loved her. Give this place 5/5 stars! I’ll def be going back soon
