Eden Day Spa & Salon

I recently visited Eden Spa Salon for a natural hair care appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and frustrating. I’ve had issues in Clarksville with stylists forgetting my appointments, not showing up, or being late, and I was hoping Eden Spa would provide the top-notch service I was looking for. Upon arrival, I was greeted by one staff member who checked me in and offered me a drink. I was excited, but that’s where the good experience ended. After waiting for about 10 minutes, my stylist came out to greet me in a rather awkward manner. She asked what I wanted done with my hair, and after I explained, she told me that the appointment I booked was incorrect and she would need more time to do my hair. *I would like to add that prior to the confirmation of this booking they were told all the services I would be looking to receive and that my hair was natural. The appointment was then made and booked by them. I was still open to her suggestion and asked if she could still do my hair. However, she told me she had another client after me and could not accommodate me. At this point, I was frustrated because I had canceled other appointments to make time for this one, and I had spent hours driving around Clarksville trying to find a place to get my hair done after being turned away. I later learned from other professionals in the industry that the salon should have accommodated me regardless of the booking error, as it wasn’t my fault. Instead, I was left with no solution and no service. To make matters worse, the stylist mentioned to the manager that the front desk staff needed to ask more questions when booking natural hair services, implying this was a problem on their end. If you’re considering Eden Spa for natural hair care services, I highly advise against it. They seem unprepared and untrained to handle natural hair appointments properly. Even if you specify your hair type, they may still book you for the wrong service, and you might end up with no resolution or accommodation. This was a huge letdown, and I will not be returning.

Went today for a massage and oh my gosh what a treatment. I don't usually take the time to comment about service anymore but the whole experience was wonderful. My masseuse was terrific made me feel so comfortable, first time I truly relaxed in a long time. Thanks so much Amanda!!!!!!

Such a lovely day spa! Everyone was so kind. Maren is an amazing massage therapist and Stephanie does a great facial. I left completely relaxed. I can't wait to go back! Thank you ladies.

I can't recommend this hidden gem highly enough - it's truly a haven for anyone seeking top-notch service and relaxation.

I treated myself to a day at the spa. Facial was wonderful, massage was wonderful and the shampoo and style, wonderful. I've gone here for years and never had a bad experience.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve gotten massages, facials, mani pedis, and haircuts. It truly is a one stop shop for pampering ladies. The staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

The absolute best spa! From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave, the staff takes care of all your needs. I booked a massage, facial and pedicure and all of the services we wonderful. I would definitely recommend Eden for all your needs!
