We did the luxury treatment and let me tell you, it was amazing! It’s a little ick to see your dirty scalp but so satisfying to see it all cleaned. You lay in a massage bed and they massage your legs, feet and arms as well so to say it is relaxing is an understatement. My daughter lives in Chicago now so she will be back soon and I will visit anytime I’m in town!

I treated myself to the signature and I’m so glad I did!! It felt amazing and my hair felt so much lighter and cleaner after. The massage bed was heavenly and the person doing my hair also massaged my hands and feet it was wonderful!! Definitely recommend!!

I really enjoyed my time at this spa. The customer service was amazing! The employees working there were so kind and had no problem getting us refreshments and making us feel welcome. We chose the shortest service and they made that worthwhile. Throughout the process I felt very relaxed and my scalp felt thoroughly cleaned. My hair smells so good and I totally recommend this to anyone visiting Chicago!

Great experience! I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. If you are expecting custom made high end slippers and a changing room with amenities, this is not the place for that nor what you are paying for. If you want your scalp and hair cleaned and to feel relaxed for 90 minutes on a literal massage table this is for you!

Wow, it's so wonderful! This is the best head therapy shop I have ever experienced, and I believe it is the best in Chicago. I really can't believe that this is a new store, and the staff in it are so skilled. The boss said that although it is a new store, the employees hired are very experienced, and some of them have been working for 5 or 8 years. The new decoration style, new equipment and instruments, and experienced and skilled staff have really brought me a different experience. It's so wonderful. The price is also very cost-effective. Compared with other stores I have been to, it is really cost-effective. I have been here many times, and every time I have a different and wonderful experience.

I always see these head spas on IG so decided to try with my daughter. The experience was fine but it’s not like my hair turned out especially soft and smooth. They even under-dried it so I had to finish it myself so it wouldn’t get frizzy. This is a one and done for me.

Very friendly and timely service. The staff were really nice and attentive. Scalp felt amazing after the Signature Treatment and it includes a good amount of body massage including neck/upper back, arms and a little on the legs and feet as well. Will definitely go back! The only down side is they don’t use much product when blow drying your hair so it ends up pretty fluffy/frizzy, just don’t book the treatment right before you need to go somewhere.
