Dragon Spa Massage

I’ve been here several times and they have all been good. Some better than others but all relaxing. My 2 downsides is that it can be noisy and on my last visit I had an appointment for particular massage therapist but when I got there I was told she was running 15 minutes late- after I was on the table! Then another massage therapist said she could start and the scheduled one could take over. Luckily she was really great, the best I’ve had yet, and I kept her for whole session. Thank you Summer! However what should have happened is the the guy who was late and causing my delay should have been switched to another therapist, and not me who was on time for my appointment.

I had the BEST experience at Dragon Spa Massage! Most importantly, the massage itself was incredible. I love getting massages and have gotten them all over the US and Canada, and this was one of the best I've ever received. Summer made me feel comfortable and I enjoyed every minute of my 60 minute massage. It was the perfect amount of pressure- deep enough to resolve the tension in my body while not being too deep that it was painful. It was a head-to-toe massage and I felt incredible upon leaving. The atmosphere was calming and the spa was clean. I've recommended this place to my family and friends and can't wait to return.

The woman giving the massage exposed more of my body than I was comfortable with. I booked a deep tissue massage but received what would barely qualify as a back rub. My time was cut short and the woman specifically asked for a tip. It was not a professional or relaxing experience. I will not be coming back to this facility. *I was contacted the next day regarding my experience. The woman said that she was deeply sorry and offered to refund my money since I am not from the area. She expressed that this is not how they do business and strive for their customers to have a relaxing and comfortable experience. If I am in the area again, I will give this another try.

OMG!! Amazing time. Went for couples massage FULL body, literally head to toe. And let's just say I didn't want to get up. Much needed, definitely recommend and will be back

**** 2nd update The owner did try their best to make things right, even though they are currently in another country on vacation. My money was refunded and I was offered a free massage at another location. Unfortunately when I got to the other location today, even though it had been communicated to the person working there, she did not speak English, so, did not understand what I was trying to communicate with her. I did try her translator app but then a guy came in and asked for a walk in appointment so she helped him. She did text me back a couple times begging me to come back because she was reprimanded after not helping me but I don't feel especially comfortable going back to any location after having the same issue twice. Again I don't blame the owner at all. He and his sister in law tried to make it right even though he's in another county. ***** *** Update. So incredibly disappointed today. I went back, made and appointment online for 12:30, then had a changed of plans and called and asked if I could come at 11 and was told sure. Got there and was told it would be 5-10 minutes... waited for 30 and was very patient however then a man walked in asked if they had an opening and they brought him back immediately...the lady looked at me and said she would add 5 minutes to mine for free... that is not an incentive to stay or adequate compensation for making me feel invisable so I left. Of course if you make an online appointment they charge your bank account immediately...I have asked for a refund via email and text and heard nothing. They made me feel like I and my business did not matter to them at all... ****** Amazing massage, one of the best I've ever had. She checked with me throughout to make sure the pressure was good and that I was comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Booked a couples massage here and it was phenomenal, both ladies listened to our preferred pressures and we left feeling completely relaxed and my husband’s chronic neck pain was gone. We will definitely be back!

Booked a couples massage and the lady walked out 3 times in the first ten minutes to answer the door. Had to wait for an English speaking person who did not? Know how to give me a credit refund. So they had to scrounge up the cache. After I had to prove I had paid for it even though they booked the appointment horrible experience.

Today I decided to give this place a shot and I got the BEST full body massage! I forgot to ask the woman for her name, but she made me feel completely comfortable the entire visit. I will be back!
